doesn't really count..speculation is that because one of the rises was from below his original price back to it and then 2 above that the tiering wasn't like it would be if say Aguero were to try and rise .3 now

I don't think we can know for sure what he was on when he rose from 8 to 8.1. You can't rely on TotalFPL. He did rise quickly that day I grant you, but over the course of the last GW I think he also had enough transfers to justify a .3 rise via 100, 200 and 300%.
