For those going 5 in midfield.. Ings looks like he could be out with a hamstring and Jutkiewicz had a great game today. just 4.9 and great fixtures. For those of you fedup of Albrighton/5 million and below mids
-
though obviously Ulloa(as a leicester admirer i had flagged him in preseason as an option) is a worthy alternative for the richer folk 🙂
-
and could well be on pens with Ings out and Arfield missing..
-
-
For next GW pick 3 (or maybe 4 if i don't play Diouf) of:
Vertonghen, Evans, Naylor, Duff (Burnley), Shawcross-
considering potentiall getting Chambers in for price rise, and cheap way into Arsenal back 4 (which hopefully tightens up a bit)
-
Considered this myself, but they have spurs and Chelsea in the next 3 games and debuchy might return by then? Maybe monitor news on how long he's expected to be out before jumping in?
-
Vert, Duff, Shawcross. Don't bet on United defence.
-
-
-
Didn't know Romelu could finish like that!
-
just in time to troll people who want to captain him at home to palace.
-
Ha yeah, sod that. He isn't coming anywhere near my team after last season's antics!
-
-
-
-
Players not celebrating goals should be booked.
-
*must resist....Lukaku*
-
Olsson a strong candidate for worst CB in the league.
-
Williamson says hi
-
Time for West Brom to go down
-
his legs are too long, new born horse
-
I'd normally vote for Senderos, but won't today. Keane Beard has miraculous properties it appears.
-
-
Does Debuchy being flagged help in any way in delaying his price dropping does anyone know?
-
should do
-
More transfers out needed.
-
Thanks guys, would prefer to leave transfer until after Champions League games.
-
-
i may just let him rot on my bench a week.. with the way transfers out have been goin it'll be a max 0.2 drop or so
-
by next gw i mean.. and yes the flag slows the drop
-
-
-
Lads best defender for 4.5? Thank you.
-
Already have Hutton ,Moore,
-
N Taylor looks to be the best so far
-
Cheers
-
-
-
Can't wait for the panic when the FA announce they're looking into the Costa-Siggy incident.
-
Your grav and nick do your character on this forum justice. Your 'hatred' for Costa is hilarious 😀
-
Erm, he should've been sent off and since he wasn't he should be banned retrospectively. No debating it.
-
That would only happen if the ref hadn't seen it - looked like handbags to me, nothing more and certainly nothing that would warrant a retrospective ban.
-
Was an obvious elbow which the officials didn't spot.
Brace yourself.-
Nothing in it
-
-
-
-
-
-
Wait, Welbeck surely won't rise tonight? What's up with FISO? Have him so high?
-
-
What a miss by Naismith woww
-
tell me about it. he did the same twice against Germany last week
-
Wagon crash. 😆
-
-
-
Does fiso or total fpl still work?
Just wondering if febregas will rise tonight?
Cheers-
They aren't working properly, Fab may go up
-
-
Jesus Christ, Newc just cannot defend.
Didn't Pardew sign a ten year contract recently? 😆 -
Depending on Rooney's performance tomorrow i may end up letting Debuchy rot for a week and do an Albrighton to Fabregas upgrade with a Rooney downgrade instead
-
Dont really wanna get rid of Sterling, Ramsey, Siggy or Eriksen in the near future and Fabs is the only player i dont own that scares me 🙂
-
-
is davies of hull dropping tonight? -117 on fiso
-
Your guess is as good as mine, man.
-
-
So, is Chambers *nailed on* until Debuchy returns then?
-
Yup
-
£4.5 is a great price then... That'll be a nice 4/5/6 week punt.
-
-
Should be, yes
-
Nice week you're having. 🙂
Debuchy says he might be back "soon" however.-
Thanks you're having quite the week yourself mate.
As for "soon", that's what every player says, right?
Although, if its anything less than 6 weeks idk if its worth it.
-
-
-
Will Manquillo keep his place when Johnson regains fitness?
-
He 'should'
Not that I know whether he's any good or not, but he can't be any worse.
PS. I have no idea how Nathaniel Clyne doesn't make the England squad-
Good point on Clyne. I expect him to make the next one, he's starting to fulfill his promise after some injuries.
And if he wants to know what a young player without balls or focus ends up like he has only to look at Bertrand.... that kid should have left Chelsea 5 yrs ago...-
I remember Man United sniffing round him when it became obvious he was going to leave Palace. Considering Rafael's injury record and Valencia's general uselessness, they could have done an awful lot worse.
Fair to say if he had gone there he would have been an England player a long time ago.-
Defo.
But that place is the graveyard of promising defenders recently - Jones, Smalling, Rafael, Buttner (maybe), Varela and Shaw at the moment.
But as RB's in the PL go he looks a good bet to me too
-
-
-
-
-
What are the chances of rooney not playing?? Hav him Captain and Costa VC 🙁
-
I like your thinking but as you know yourself.....actually I'm not even gonna say it 😉
-
-
I think my f**king hamster would do a better job at CB than Williamson
-
My Saylor pick from the start may pay off after all 😎
-
Pardew's contract is longer than the lifetime of 4 hamsters 😯
-
PArtnered by Richard Hammond it would do a better job 😀
-
-
Debuchy on Facebook: "I have to pass a medical exam on Monday. No fracture. Hope to be back asap!"
-
Struggling for an obvious captain pick next week! Think a few of the popular options so far have tougher games..
-
Adebayor is tempting me.
-
if he's rested for the europa league he looks great
-
Could be decent, but I struggle in trusting that guy, so as of yet he's not in my team nevermind captain!
-
-
Spurs player looks good but getting the right one as all the attackers have potential
-
-
I wonder if the international break before gw4 is the worst time to use thw wc. Perceptions are skewed enough after a team or a player has a good gw3... By the time two weeks are up, all people remember is gw3. Begovic/Shawcross, Moreno, Zaha, Janmaat and many others all seem to have been added by many around here after a solid gw3... They may not be as bad as gw4, but they are not as good as gw3 may have suggested.
Delaying the wc at least allows for a larger sample size... but that only helps if you can keep a clear enough head to account for the inherent bias towards overweighting the most recent gw.-
Last paragraph nails it. True of any GW, although obviously an international break tends to exagerrate it.
-
-
Lamela + Dier --> Fabregas + Williams (SWA) for -4?
-
Spurs nailed on for a CS against West Brom
-
/Any better defenders for £5.0m or less? Already have Chambers and Clyne.
-
-
well i captained the guy who had the most shots and key passes in the gameweek. wasn't to be.
(amazingly ivanovic is 2nd with costa and silva)-
I'm seriously thinking about getting Ivanovic in
dude is basically a striker-
He was awful today, might get dropped. Are you going Old Trafford tomorrow?
-
I am
tbh I'm more considering either Baines or a big downgrade so I can do upgrade Naismith to Welbz soon-
Should be exciting with all the new signings!
Yes either of those look good, hard to justify investment on Chelsea defence this year so far anyway and ivanovic won't provide attacking returns most weeks.
-
-
-
He'll be dropped soon, watch this space
-
-
Hazard?
-
yep. all the shots seemed to be inside the box too
-
-
He looked great on MOTD - big points just around the corner I'm sure. I captained Balotelli.
-
soon as i saw vlaar was out i was terrified of what balo might do
-
I was very hopeful but when I saw Pool's lineup that quickly faded. This is fantasy football, all part of the game.
-
-
-
I don;t know how you can own RVP and not captain him at home to QPR...
You might say there's a doubt around him starting, but then why own him at all?-
it's a long story, basically i just need him to outscore aguero over the next 2 and he's done his job
-
-
Check out his average position this week, then, more impressively, what he did to Wayne Routledge's average position.
-
-
Come on show goal of the month... Want to go to bed!
-
Routledge will get that I think, cracking goal.
-
I agree.
-
-
-
U KILLED ME AGAIN COSTA 🙁
-
please i need ur opinion.
krul out and forster in
or
colocinni out and clyne in.
others suggestions to get rid of either/both?-
One at a time - I'd go Colo first and get Bertrand instead of Clyne. Solid transfer.
-
-
-
If that won't sell sky sports packages nothing will.
-
if ben arfa starts it's worth it
-
