Our Monday afternoon regular is rolled out once again, as we scour the Premier League treatment rooms to assess the players who picked up injuries over the weekend action.

Arsenal
Aaron Ramsey (hamstring), Mikel Arteta (calf) and Jack Wilshere (ankle) were all forced off during Saturday evening’s north London derby. After the match, Arsene Wenger admitted he was somewhat surprised by the Welshman’s withdrawal as central midfield concerns mount up:

“Wilshere, if you look at the incident again, has been tackled and turned his ankle over. Ramsey is a concern that he did his hamstring. I don’t understand because he had a good rest this week, I didn’t play him against Southampton on Tuesday night. It’s a surprise because he’s usually a resistant boy.”

Burnley
According to reports, Lukas Jutkiewicz appeared to pick up a knock in the 4-0 rout at Burnley before being replaced on 67 minutes.

Everton
Kevin Mirallas was stretchered off with a hamstring injury just half an hour into the weekend Merseyside derby. After the match, Roberto Martinez went on to day:

“It seems bad. It’s a hamstring. We’re going to assess him in the next 24 hours. Kevin has been in great form and we’ve got a lot of games coming up. It’s very unfortunate for us.”

Reports today, though, suggest Mirallas could be out for up to a month with the problem.

Man United
Ander Herrera limped out of United’s narrow win over West Ham after sustaining a back problem.

QPR
Sandro was forced off early during the first-half of the R’s defeat at St Mary’s after a clash of heads with Sadio Mane.

Southampton
Florin Gardos missed the weekend win over QPR with a slight calf strain, according to the club’s official Twitter feed.

Tottenham
Goalscorer Nacer Chadli and left-back Danny Rose both limped off with injuries during the north London derby, according to the Tottenham official match report.

West Brom
Baggies left-back Sebastian Pocognoli was subbed off in the latter stages of yesterday’s 4-0 win over Burnley through injury.

West Ham
Mark Noble missed out on the weekend defeat at Old Trafford after picking up a calf injury in training the day before.

Bit of a rut...penny for your thoughts?

    Currently, Have:

    Hazard Sterling Siggy RAMSEY Tadic
    Costa Welbeck Naismith

    Which is best?
    1) Hazard + Ramsey -> ADM + Downing
    2) Naismith + Ramsey -> Dzeko + Downing

    Thoughts?

Keep Hazard. Let everyone else dump him and you mop up the points when he fires. He will defo fire soon, just been unlucky i would say and his performances havent got the points they deserve.
I had Ramsey too and swapped him for Ozil, now that he's playing as a no. 10 again.
If you dont like Naismith just have a look at his fixtures. Well worth keeping imo.
Ulloa is a possible replacement fpr him but Everton will score more goals than Leicester so I'd keep Naismith. Mirallas is injured too so Mirallas is safe for starts again.

Yeah, I agree. I was ready to accept ridicule for dropping Hazard despite having his name in my team name, but I'd rather hold out. He's done me well.

I think I'm just staring at it too long...cheers, mate.

How would you all rate an eventual 433 team of:

    Begovic
    Ivan - Clyne - Chambers - Moore - Hutton
    ADM - Cesc - Sterling - Boyd - Marney
    Aguero - Costa - Welbeck

    Moore was Moreno
    Boyd was Siggy
    Aguero was Rooney
    Welbeck was Naismith

(have done no transfers yet, just tinkering)

Front three looks good (it's what I'm on), but not sure about 4-3-3. Would rather get it by just doing Ivan > Moore, and hold onto Siggy.

it's a 4-3-3 and Marney would become someone else down the line, especially when I have more available from doing Ivan > Baines (which would give me 0.7m total to work with)

    @ Sinik

Walcott and Ozil were on the pitch together last season for 390 minutes, equal to 4 matches and an extra half hour.

    Ozil - 1 goal and 2 assists
    Walcott - 4 goals and 2 assists.

so Ozil had about 5 points/90 (rough estimates of 2-3 points depending on cleansheets and 2 thrown in for baps just to guess), that's not bad tbh

Not sure that he's nailed on, that's the thing. I think he'll suffer from rotation, especially now they have Champions League football.

Mignolet, the back four, Gerrard and Henderson look like they'll play every game when fit.

That leaves just four spots for Lucas/Allen/Can/Coutinho/Lallana/Sterling/Markovic/Borini/Lambert/Balotelli/Sturridge.

probably a decent option, altho not sure i'd want both him and Sterling.

I like most of the question buy some are impossible to answer no matter how good you are. The final one being an example

Not really. You just need to vaguely remember roughly how Fiorentina have done and make a guess

Who'd you go for for the next 3(?), as I am targetting Walcott as soon as he comes back:

    Di Maria
    Silva
    Ozil
    Mata
    Downing
    Dyer
