With West Brom and Man United set to see out the Gameweek tomorrow, we delve into the data from the nine matches played so far. Unsurprisingly, Man City, Southampton and West Ham’s in-form front men are on this evening’s agenda, whilst we also cast an eye over a couple of improving north London-based midfielders.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

        No- current team

        Foster Schmeichel

        Ivan/ Craig Dawson / Bertrand / chambers/ duff

        Siggy/fabregas/downing/sterling/tadic

        Costa/welbeck/pelle

    lost at the bottom

Considering some options before next week

    A) Krul > forster
    B) Terry > Baines/Ivan
    C) Get rid of welbeck and take some hits to get Kun alongside pellet and costa

Southampton start a terrible run of fixtures in a few weeks time so I wouldn't bother bringing Forster in for Krul. If you're going to get a keeper now it should at least be someone with decent fixtures until the January WC.

Need a new keeper, 5.0 to spend but hoping to find cheaper alternative. Fixturewise, Leicester and Villa look nice, but i`d basically be very surprised if any of them could find a cleanie at this point. Thoughts/tips?

If there is one position where you will likely get what you pay for it is at keeper in this game.

WBA look good for the next 3 and theyre pretty tight (few chances conceded), but the idea of changing keepers again after 3 games doesnt really appeal that much

Guzan. Villa have just ended a bad run of fixtures and were defensively solid in the first few games before said fixtures so they should be able to get a few clean sheets.

Their fixtures arent really THAT good, and they look absolutely horrible at the moment. Might just go with Forster and double up on Soton for the next month.

Oh, feck. Thought he was 5.0. I have nothing in the bank and Begovic at 5.0 is the one going. Theres really not a lot of lucrative keeper choices atm, unless you go big. Heres to hoping Greens sick another week then.

I watched only the second half but he looked good to me. He was confident in coming out to claim the ball when he needed to and made a decent stop or two by my eye. Seemed pretty quality to me.

Not at fault for any of the goals, made a decent save on Lallanas shot but the rebound was in a dangerous area, not sure about him keeping his place as Green only was sick, not injured. Hoping he will as i actually have him, but honestly dont think he will.

I too think Green will slot back in once hes fully fit. McCarthy did nothing wrong, and nothing really stood out. Keepers tend to lose their place only through injury and a string of poor performances.

    Best option to get Baines:
    A) Cahill+Kaboul to Baines+Duff
    B) Cahill+Sterling to Baines+Eriksen
    C) Cahill+Fab to Baines+Eriksen
    D) Cahill+Welbeck to Baines+Sakho

Ideas to free up funds: Forster > Guzan (Southampton's fixtures plummet in a few weeks) or downgrade one of Silva/Sterling for someone like Tadic/Siggy/Barkley.

Upgrading defense is a bit more difficult as the best options are either very expensive or of the bargain basement variety. I'd look at getting rid of PvA first given his fixtures and the hammering they took yesterday.

    Vito | Krul
    Cahil | Berty | Duff | Dummett | Yoshi
    Cesc | Schneiderlin | Siggy | Sterling | 4.5
    Costa | Kun | Naismisth

i started PVA this week. it was him or robertson and i'd already used my free on a blackett-jag upgrade (which i suppose might go some way to tinting my perception.) -2 in an 8 nil loss is kinda not terrible. it really could very easily have been worse. look at today's own-goal fest. red card for someone on the receiving end of such a demolition wud also have been unsurprising.

Bit of a knee-jerk reaction. Chadlii was playing against Citeh after all and Saints won't win 8-0 every week.

PvA and Siggy --> Jags and Downing for free look good to you guys?

No I don't like that trade. I don't think Jags is worth the price and Downing has started to drop off slightly. I also think its a week too soon to get rid of Siggy. Maybe just sell PVA?

Yep, thats why its a good idea to keep him for that fixture.

Prob is I have no one to replace him with. I'm just reaching for moves right now. I even thought about selling Sterling and PaV for Baines and downing.... I'll try to squeez some value from hutton.

Siggy still have ok fixtures to keep. Jags and Downing are not urgent buy.

    Krul, Foster
    Baines, Azpilicueta, Caulker, Clyne, Moore
Di Maria, Fabregas, Sterling, Sigurdsson, Boyd
    Pelle, Welbeck, Costa

    0.2M & 1FT

Easy. Caulker to Chambers. QPR are toilet and Arsenal have good fixtures coming up

      B) & it's not even close for me.

Pelle & Welbeck are pretty close.
Then, I think the stats favour having Tadic over Chadli big time.
(Not to mention Tadic is on spot kicks & pens)
