Sunday seeks to follow on from Saturday’s tidal wave of points, handing us a pair of Premier League fixtures at Loftus Road and the Britannia.

It all begins in West London, where Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool pay visit to struggling QPR.

The Liverpool boss has reacted to recent stuttering form with a series of changes, recalling Glen Johnson and Jose Enrique as Alberto Moreno and Javier Manquillo drop out; the latter is eased onto the bench. Emre Can also earns a first league start in the engine room with Philippe Coutinho benched, while Mario Balotelli is recalled up front in place of Rickie Lambert; the refreshed Raheem Sterling starts, as expected.

Liverpool find a much-changed QPR side in opposition, as Harry Redknapp rolls the dice. It looks likely to be a 3-5-2 set-up from the R’s with Rio Ferdinand surprisingly dropping to the bench to allow Richard Dunne to earn a start. Yun Suk-Young appears to be lining up at left wing-back in his first league start, as Niko Kranjcar drops out of the midfield. Further forward, Bobby Zamora is preferred to Junior Hoilett. There’s also a change in goal for the home side: Rob Green laid low through illness so Alex McCarthy makes his R’s league debut.

The Shepherds Bush action is followed by a tea-time encounter in the Potteries, as Mark Hughes’ Stoke host Swansea. Fantasy managers will be keenly focused on the display of Gylfi Sigurdsson as he bids to regain his spot on top of the FPL midfield rankings.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Should I do

    Wilson Sterling Welbeck to
    Moore Boyd Aguero

    Means I'd have

    Ivanovic Clyne Hutton Moore Duff
    ADM Fabregas Siggy Tadic Boyd
    Costa Aguero Pelle

    No benching headache to boot?!

Looks good to me - think you've always for to have a really cheap 5th mid/3rd forward that is always on the bench to spend your money better elsewhere

    Should I Iva->Baines, Sterling->Chaldi, Fáb->Barkley and Welbeck->Aguero for -8? Obviously I wouldn't waste -4 for Iva->Baines unless i had to get the 0.1 to afford the other changes.
    Thanks!

So getting Aguero isn't THAT necessary? Can't see any smother way to bring him in which doesn't force me to sell Costa

Does anybody know when the price rises on fiso or totalfpl will 'fix' themselves? Is there any other sites that are covering them, I'm flying blind all season!

FPLstatistics and fantasyfootballfix manage to predict most price rises.

Wow thx, I'm out of touch, haven't even heard of these. Pretty sure I would have another .5 million of actual team value now if I had these from GW1

Tough decisions to be made going forward, in my opinion...

Sell Fabregas? What, top scoring midfielder?
    Sell Di Maria? No way!
Sell Sterling? Don't be silly, Hull up next!
Sell Tadic? Form and fixtures, no way!
Sell Costa? The leagues best striker, with those fixtures?
Buy Aguero? Of course, best striker in the league and fixtures to boot!
Buy Baines? Definitely, scored or assisted in 4 of the last 5, and the fixtures

Unfortunately, you can't really afford them all... Something's got to give!

      So hard,

      I've got;

      Ivanovic
      ADM
      Sterling
      Fabregas
      Costa (Pelle &Welbeck)

      No Baines or Aguero

I've 2FT.... Oh what to do

You are right, can't have them all. We all have to make a decision on who we will sacrifice. Mark has gone heavy up top and at the back, which is working very well for him. At the same time, there is more than one way to skin the proverbial cat; I have sacrificed Costa which may come back to bite me in the ass.

So long as you are prepared to accept that in some weeks there will be one or two players you don't have that wil score heavily, you should be fine.

    3. And we all have legs

      11 years, 1 month ago

      True.

I'm sacrificing Sterling. So many games coming up, Liverpool not great, Sturridge still out for a while.

      Forster
      Baines Bertrand Duff/Moore/Hutton
      Siggy Tadic Fab ADM
      Welbeck Aguero Costa

      Happy with that.
