My co-host roughs me up over my cowardice, then slaps me around for the fact that I appeared to hoodwink the entire world over Diego Costa’s fitness. We then go on to appraise the merits of Ed Sheeran, check in on Neil Warnock’s latest gripes and weigh up the Sterling vs Sanchez vs Hazard debate. Meanwhile, Kieran Trippier’s cross count without an assist for Granville hits 66 and counting. Who’s dithering now, eh Granville?

          Team looks fine, can't have everyone. Not keen on Chadli but that's the sacrifice you take for having Kun, Costa and Baines.

          The only trade that makes remotest sense is to do ADM to Sanchez but you would want the former back for CPL.

    Nice fixtures for Newcastle, yet other than Coloccini and Janmaat, all defenders are rotation risk... who would you by at 4.4 or under?

      Ryan Taylor 4.4 def plays midfield takes free kicks and corners. I suggested him the other day and a few jumped on me saying he's only just come back from injury but I think after the Liverpool game he'll begin starting games. In the week he played 90 mins and got an assist against City....I think you can say he's fit again. He symbolises Newcastle's struggles....motivational.

            Bought him at 10m. I don't quite get it though. Do people really think United's fixtures are significantly better than Arsenal's?

            Arsenal: BUR, swa, MUN, wba, SOT, sto

            United: mci, CPL, ars, HUL, STO, sot

            Yes Utd have good home fixtures coming up, but surely it is possible for Arsenal to get goals against Swansea and Soton. The problem is, my current team composition only allows one of Di Maria or Alexis. To get both my team would most likely require a wildcard.

            I guess what I'm trying to ask is, am I crazy to prefer Alexis over ADM then?

      I've just done the same transfer so would have to say yes. I want ADM back in my team soon tho. Possibly with the reverse transfer. But depends at what price you bought ADM. Will u lose much value?

      I'm not sure any are nailed on as such but Bruce should get a run due to Dawson's injury and Steven Taylor has started playing which has coincided with Newcastle's change in form.

      You'd think both of those will be good for a few weeks.

      I had a wildcard team a bit like that but in the end decided I wanted Costa.

      Good luck to you. It is a marginal decision.

      The only pick I don't like is Barkley because I remember him not having much of an end product despite all his hype.

    With only a 0.4 difference in price, those without Costa and rushing to get in Alexis, surely it makes more sense to go for Costa?

      I guess it comes down to who makes way. Aguero, Pelle, and Welbeck all have good fixtures which make it hard to get rid of them.

    On a wildcard, and I know that in the long term I want ADM over Hazard...

    Is it still worth starting with Hazard because of his far superior fixture, and then reassessing next week?

    Or should I just put ADM in from the start and stop trying to be clever?

      It's s derby, form goes out of the window but in United's favour City have not won in three, ADM is a good pick this week and City will be weaker with Silva out.

      Hazard has QPR which has been tight recently and Liverpool next week, he has also done nothing this year in fantasy terms to inspire such confidence, stick with ADM and look past this week.

      The other factor is how much extra it will cost you if you already have ADM.
