My co-host roughs me up over my cowardice, then slaps me around for the fact that I appeared to hoodwink the entire world over Diego Costa’s fitness. We then go on to appraise the merits of Ed Sheeran, check in on Neil Warnock’s latest gripes and weigh up the Sterling vs Sanchez vs Hazard debate. Meanwhile, Kieran Trippier’s cross count without an assist for Granville hits 66 and counting. Who’s dithering now, eh Granville?

    If this #HandsOffInTheBox really gains momentum we could see a dynamic shift in the number of pens being awarded, can only be a good thing, and about time this was highlighted. Now we just need to see some consistency from the referees, although it seems the Professional Game Match Officials Limited have discussed the issue in light of the attention it has picked up.

      Too many people captaining Aguero imo, against United who're alright against stronger teams and when City are without Silva's creativity.

        On what basis have you concluded that united are alright against stronger teams? Aguero still scores lots without Silva. I'm captaining Sanchez, but can see why people would go aguero.

        Aguero doesn't need Silva - stats prove that.

        United are away, City are home - and they can destroy any team at the Etihad.

        United's defense is questionable to say the least.

            A previous post mentioned that in Silva's absence last season, I think it was 9 games in total - Aguero scored 6 and had a couple of assists.

            I don't doubt Silva's addition to the City attack but if Nasri plays or a re-shuffle from Pellegrini, it is obvious that Aguero will still get plenty of opportunities.

            Differential is irrelevant or even a hindrance if the mainstream alternative like sterling outscored him.
            Cost is a factor but I think he needs to prove he is a regular starter before going anywhere near him

      How nailed on is Mason for Spurs? And how good an option would he be as a 4th mid? Would love to downgrade Chadli>Mason for the extra cash. Front 8 currently are ADM/Chadli/Sanchez/Sterling/Boyd/Kun/Pelle/Welbeck( plan on getting Sakho for Welbeck next week and if I go Mason for Chadli I can get Costa back for Pelle once Southamptsons fixtures dry up)
