    Forster
    Clyne Baines Chambers
    Sanchez Fabregas Downing Chadli
    Aguero Pelle Sakho

    McCarthy Siggy Wisdom Moore

    Save a trade this week or anything I should change with 1m ITB?

    Also, would you play Chambers (SWA) or Wisdom (NEW). Would've thought Wisdom except Newcastle have found some form.

    Current Team with 0 FT left atm:

    Foster
    Betrand-Baines-Wisdom-Naylor-Moore
    Fabregas-Downing-Siggy-Tadic-Jedinak
    Aguero-Costa-Welbz

    Thinking about doing either Siggy or Tadic to either ADM or Sanchez next week, then eventually Welbz to Sakho, good moves?

    Silly question here but I am still a novice really at this game , how does the January wildcard work ?

    1. Walsh
      • 12 Years
      11 years, 8 months ago

      One wildcard can be played at any time. The January Wildcard can only be used after Gameweek 20 starts (1 Jan 11:30) until Gameweek 23 ends (1 Feb 11:30); as the January wildcard isn't available until after the Gameweek 20 deadline, the earliest these transfers will be active is Gameweek 21.

    Chambers: would anyone drop Bertrand for Chambo before he rises tonite to 4.8 (and prob 4.9 by end of gw) or keep Bert given the LEI gw11 fixture potential CS?

    Chambo has swa. (prob drop bert regardless as of gw 11-12 but this LEI fixt looks sweet)

      Strong chance of 2 x Southampton CS in their next 2, so I wouldn't. Even at 5m, Chambers is a bit of a bargain so I'm not going to rush. For example, this week I could bring in Chambers but then I really should play Robertson away to Burnley.

        yep.thats what i was thinking. the Fixture and potential chance for CS has priority in dropping that player to avoid the price rise. That lei game could be a bonanza for sou.

    Want to bring in ADM and Sanchez, but realistically can only do 1 this week.

    Sanchez will be out of reach soon, but Di Maria has the better fixture this week.

    Fight off being stubborn and get Alexis?

    Krul
    Wisdom Duff Chambers
    Fabregas Sterling Siggy Sanchez
    Aguero Welbeck Pelle

    Mannone Moreno Shawcross King

    Think I'm going to take a -4 deduction this week for one of these options;
    A) Sterling & Siggy -> ADM & Downing
    B) Sterling & Welbz -> ADM & Sakho

    Thoughts?

    Hello 🙂

    Surely Wanyama has played his way into the first 11? Who was keeping him out of the team, Cork?

    I'm a very lucky boy and I'm getting his 11 points from the bench on Monday night, so it would be nice to start him for the first time this season, and home to LEI too. It would allow me to save FT, yet again..... Very nice to have 2 FTs for the internationals.

    Would Sigurdsson to Downing or Chadli for a -4 be advisable?

    Siggy is playing against Arsenal next week, whereas Downing and Chadli are facing easier opponents in the form of Villa and Stoke, could be worth the points hit?

    Since when Pellegrini managed Spurs?

    "10 touches in the box by Nacer Chadli in Tottenham’s win at Villa earlier today. Manuel Pellegrini opted for Roberto Soldado alongside Emmanuel Adebayor up front but as the average position map highlights, Chadli (number 22) was the furthest forward of any Spurs player on the ball, with Christian Eriksen (number 23) far more withdrawn in possession before being replaced at the break. As Spurs prepare for some kind fixtures, the 6.5-priced Chadli is now up to third amongst midfielders for touches in the box this season (50, behind Hazard and Sanchez, with 59 and 58 respectively) and is subsequently top for shots (20) inside the box. Furthermore, his six big chances are joint-top with Sanchez amongst midfielders and goes some way to explaining just why he grabbed his fifth goal of the campaign earlier today."

      Well, Manchester United are an incoherent shambles at the moment but have good fixtures coming up so it's probably not the best time to sell ADM. You never know, he might scuff a few shot-assists in. Southampton look very good and Tadic seems like the main man so probably not a good idea to sell him either.

      In my work mini league, one of the lads let his 12 yo son play in it. The swine was leading for half the season last year with Yaya and Ramsey 🙂 I caught him in the end!

    Which one would you rather own, Costa or Sanchez?

      Sanchez at the moment. I know Costa is back but it doesn't mean he will score

      Sanchez because he doesn't troll me the way Costa does

      Sanchez. The injury drama with Costa just too much.
