Moore & no siggy would be my worries
but the 6 key players are there & it negates the downing vs. siggy issue-
Sakho and Siggy would improve that side significantly. And the back line is shocking apart from Baines. Costa isn't worth that.

Why are people so panicky about doing transfers so early?
Injuries aren't that frequent to kill your whole squad, and most people like me will have 1-2 subs who are decent enough to cover in an emergency. In the worst case scenario you can take a hit or two, but i don't see why that should stop you from trying to gain 0.2-0.3 on a player while avoiding 0.1-0.2 on drops on the players you get rid of.
I've done early transfers pretty much every week this season (apart from the 2 weeks i saved FT) and haven't been burned, and thanks to that i have a rather healthy TV of 105.2 now, which is coming in very handy now when i want to start fitting in ADM, Costa, etc..-

I always do my transfers sat/sun night except during internationals and cup weeks where my players are playing. If I really wouldn't be able to afford somebody I'd take the risk though. Berahino to Austin can wait tho.

Looked at long term, most weeks (let's say 3 out of 4) you are fine and could easily have made 1m from your early transfers which you can put to work with a better playing generating more pts for the rest of the season.
Occasionally (1 in 4) an injury will mean you need to take an extra hit than if you waited.
I'd pay 4pts for £1m all day long
The worst that can happen is you get-
