With the third international break of the season upon us, we’re afforded time to assess the leader contenders in the Fantasy Football Scout leagues across in a variety of games. With leagues in Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Ultimate Fantasy Premier League, Sky Sports and the Fantasy iTeam (FiT) Champions League game, there’s plenty to catch up on.

Fantasy Premier League

Adam Stuckert sits atop the Scout League with a total of 758 points after the first 11 Gameweeks. Adam – who notched 72 points in the previous round of fixtures – had the likes of Tim Krul, Nathaniel Clyne, Leighton Baines, Alexis Sanchez, Sergio Aguero and captain Graziano Pelle to thank for steering him to number one in the overall standings.

Vasil Raykov is just seven points behind in second spot, or third overall. He also has the likes of Baines, Clyne, Sanchez, Pelle and Aguero on board, with Brad Guzan, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Nacer Chadli and Diego Costa amongst his starters as he racked up 89 points last time around despite, like Adam, handing the armband to Pelle. Intriguingly, Vasil is the only one of our top five to have played his wildcard at this stage.

In third spot sits Matthew Furlong, on the back of a 92-point Gameweek 11. His decision to captain Aguero paid off handsomely, with the usual suspects such as Baines, Clyne, Sanchez, Sigurdsson, Chadli and Costa all amongst the points last time around.

Matthew sits just one point ahead of both Petter Gullestad and Mariusz Fyrstenberg. Petter registered 79 points in Gameweek 11, with his decision to captain Aguero reaping rewards, whilst he also had the likes of Baines, Sigurdsson and Sanchez as part of his starting XI. Another one to hand the armband to Aguero, Mariusz delivered 82 points – he’ll be hoping his decision to retain United’s Angel di Maria will prove a differential amongst our top five.

Thanks to those five managers, we’re currently retaining our spot at the top of the League of Leagues. You can join our classic league using the code 11856-4526.

Hitesh Gulati is a new entry at number one in the Scout Members league, which sits fifth in the league of leagues. He sits fifth in the overall standings, despite deciding to ignore the consistent Leighton Baines to this point, with 749 points accrued. Peter Chesley earns second spot with a total of 731 points, just edging Matt Summers into third by a single point.

Ultimate Fantasy Premier League

Lawrence White is the leader of our UFPL Scout league, after a 99-point haul in Gameweek 11 took his total to 884 for the season – second overall. Joe Hanmer is in second spot with his total of 869 points placing him 13th in the world, whilst Geoff Shotter is 13 points further behind in third spot. To join our UFPL league, use the code 524-87.

Sky Sports Fantasy Football

Jason Callender leads the way in the Scout league with a total of 826 points – that’s enough for third place in the overall standings and earns him a 38-point lead over our second place manager, Ryan Hutton. Martin Smith takes third spot after Gameweek 13 of the Sky Sports offering, with a total of 782 points helping to 32nd spot overall. The winner of our Sky league, which is also top in the league of leagues, wins £1,000. To join up, the league name is FFScout and the code is 8009000.

Champions League

Our official Champions League game this season is the Fantasy iTeam (FiT) offering – a free, reliable and easy-to-use Fantasy football app. After four rounds of Matchdays, Daniel Lord heads the Scout League with 328 points, whilst Waleed Cherif (314 points) and Simon Gow, on 313 points, grab second and third respectively. There’s an iPad mini on offer to the winner – the league name is Fantasy Football Scout and the pin is 11155.

We’ve set up another league for those still following the official Champions League game. Simon Butt is the leader on 316 points – 28th overall – and is followed by sidharth91 and gkalaf on 315 and 313 points respectively.

This Fab or ADM to go for Sanchez thing is driving me nuts... but I'm leaning towards keeping Fab. Heres why:

Cheslea have scored 28 goals to United's 17
Chelsea look unstoppable, United are stop/start.
    Chelsea have better fixtures
ADM's form has dipped and he's not typically a goal scorer so probably overpriced anyway.

    Thoughts for the other way:
Fab might have a minor niggle.
    Fab is on 4 yellows
Fab's form also seems to have dipped a little.

    Thoughts?

care to elaborate, not sure if serious 🙂

because maybe his stats suggest that he shoots a lot, crosses even more and blablabla.
but he plays really badly and the returns in the past weeks were non-existent. Even that assist last weekend was nothing remotely special.
For Argentina he also played badly - apart from one cross.
So I would say his form dropped.

Case to keep him is: vs Chambers, then couple of home games and generally decent fixtures and the hope that the strikers are finding form and convert his blind crosses.

    Dear ADM,
you're good but you're not FPL 10m good. You have many shots on goal, but few shots inside the box. You have created no big chances in the last 4 matches. I have to admit, you LOOK good in my team, alongside Hazard and Sanchez. That promise of points, the security of having the most expensive picks! But are you in the same league as your midfield colleagues, Eden and Alexis? Your goal-scoring record would suggest not. If only you touched the ball a couple of times inside the box, something to suggest the best is yet to come - but you don't! 10m for non-existent goal threat?

Haz has more goal threat. Best 4 picks atm:

        Chadli - Haz - Sanchez - Downing

Balanced and allows for Costa and Kun, plus Baines and Azpil.

I do like the 1st 3. I've not got used to Downing as an FPL prospect yet. Would prefer to squeeze a bit more out of the defense and have Siggy as a 4th mid.

Downing is out-gunning ADM in all stats.

I think Downing+4m will out score ADM if used wisely.

I agree with you that ADM is not in good form but stats only tell half the story, I watch Man U alot and ADM is always involved, actually in the last six gameweeks in about 68% of Man U goals (stat from a community article). Also Hazard is not worth 10million, I'm sorry but he was awful tonight and i'd rather have ADM tbh.... Everyone has been saying that Hazard will explode for months now, then he has a 15 point GW and blanks form the next four...

yeah, Hazard is another underperforming player (at least in terms of fantasy points).

regarding the 68% involvement of ADM: does mean little if the team does not perform well.

100% involvement in two goals pales compared to 40% involvement in ten goals.

Good point, didn't really think of that I must admit. However I think that Man U haven't fully gelled yet and with Rooney and RVP coming into form they should start to score more.
