Mathieu Debuchy is back in full training for Arsenal. Chris Brunt is ruled out for West Brom. Mo Diame is out for up to three weeks for Hull. Philippe Coutinho is a slight doubt for Liverpool, while Alan Pardew still has concerns over Fabricio Coloccini as Chelsea roll out to St James’ Park.

Nacho Monreal has been ruled out of Arsenal’s trip to Stoke, though Arsene Wenger is hopeful on Kieran Gibbs’ chances. Laurent Koscielny “must be assessed”, according to his manager, whilst Wojciech Szczesny is set to return to full training today, though it’s uncertain if he’ll be available. Tomas Rosicky (thigh) and Yaya Sanogo (calf) are both doubtful, Theo Walcott remains sidelined, whilst Mathieu Debuchy is back in full training and could return against Galatasaray on Tuesday.

Diafra Sakho and Alex Song have trained all week for West Ham and are expected to return to the squad for tomorrow’s home clash with Swansea, reckons Sam Allardyce.

Stephen Ward is set to miss out with an ankle injury for Burnley this weekend, whilst Sean Dyche has admitted Michael Duff is unlikely to be fit in time. Sam Vokes stepped up his recovery from long-term injury with another reserves outing in midweek but is set to remain sidelined.

Brendan Rodgers reckons Philippe Coutinho and Jose Enrique “should” be available for the weekend visit of Sunderland, though Mario Balotelli remains out for the Reds.

Joe Ledley (hip) and Dwight Gayle (illness) are set for late fitness tests ahead of Palace’s trip to Spurs, according to reports in the local press.

Chris Brunt is ruled out of West Brom’s trip to Hull with a hamstring injury, though Alan Irvine has James Morrison and Sebastien Pocognoli available once again.

Hull’s Mohamed Diame has been ruled out for two to three weeks with a knee injury. The midfielder was forced off with a recurrence of the problem against Everton on Wednesday evening.

Alan Pardew has conceded he still has concerns over Fabricio Coloccini’s fitness as Newcastle entertain Chelsea. The Magpies boss – who has Moussa Sissoko and Jack Colback back after serving one-match suspensions – has admitted “I can’t really give a clear indication of how the players are”, due to the quick turnaround in fixtures.

Mark Hughes is set to make a late decision on the fitness of Jon Walters and Robert Huth ahead of Stoke’s home clash with Arsenal. Glenn Whelan (calf) looks set to miss out again, while the Potters have concerns over Stephen Ireland due to illness.

Gus Poyet expects Adam Johnson and Wes Brown to be available for the trip to Liverpool, though Sebastien Coates is unable to feature against his parent club. Poyet admitted “We are also going to have to refresh the team” as the fixture list picks up pace.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream as breaking news unfolds.

Who is most likely to score the most points:

    A. Clyne home to Man U
    B. Trippier away to QPR
    C. Yun home to Burnley

I had this belief, but with two losses in a row and this is making me rethink:

"Morgan Schneiderlin for the midweek trip to Arsenal but saw Dusan Tadic, Jack Cork and Toby Alderweireld pick up injuries which could rule them out of this weekend."

Clyne is one of the most attacking defenders in the league, up against Ashley Young at left back. It's not a twisted belief.

Reid and Tomkins are the first choice pairing. Collins had been playing very well so may have kept his spot, but perhaps Allardyce wanted faster CBs against Berahino.

so collins only came in for the gameweeks prior to that because reid or tomkins was injured?
Sounds like its up in the air for this week then (although presumably one of them went off injured at the weekend which is why collins came on for a point?)

Correct on Collins only coming in due to injury.

Neither Reid nor Tomkins are injured, Collins was brought on to play 5 at the back for the last part of the game to protect the 2-1 lead.

You are correct that it is up in the air, my advice has been to only go for Cresswell or Jenkinson if you want a WHU defender.

This massive myth is not true. There are very repetitive patterns in his scoring. The general pattern suggests that good times are coming, but then there's this recent little twist to that, and I do not like it at all.

No. Not at all. You said he is he will get points at unexpected matches, I said the opposite: when he gets them follows a patter, i.e. is expected.

The general pattern would look good at the moment, but then there's the Mirallas pattern that looks like he's shitting all over Baines's point potential.

Oh I see. Well as patterns have a beginning and an end unless you have a magic fortune telling ball how can you write tomorrow off?

Baines could get a penalty. Mangala looks like he could trip up his own feet let alone others. Or a set piece is scored. I don't see how anyone can predict with any type of certainty what's gonna start a pattern and what's not.

I take your point about form however and mirallas impact upon baines which I think does need some attention being taken note for the next few weeks.

Everton have been woeful defensively, and Baines has looked quite lacklustre in attack recently too.

Everton's lack of clean sheet's is the big worry. That's the solid 6-7 ppg basis on which Baines's point hauls are constructed. Without it, his attacking return is much less appealing.

I know it's a silly question but who should be my vice captain, Austin or Costa ?

    Captain is Aguero

Costa is fine as VC. Gonna be hiding behind the sofa as I shipped him last week.

People who shipped Costa out this week - are you bringing him straight back in or using the funds elsewhere?

Already used funds elsewhere. If costa tears it up tomorrow though, I'll probably scramble to get him straight back in.

Nope. I'm thinking to Hazza + 2 defenders as 3 Chelsea. (Baines, Azpi & Terry combo will relieve me from defense worries till Mourinho starts rotating)

I understand the rational for getting rid. That said he's still the 3rf highest scoring forward, plus he's had 3 weeks out. Think you'll scrambling to get back in soon so why get rid in the first place?

Baines, Man City will most likely score but then Baines has to be even more aggressive than usual in attack and can surely shine there.

What is going to happen is one the two things

Baines does well. Benchers deserved it. Poor choice

Baines flops. You don't bench a 7m defender. Benches made the wrong choice . Got lucky

Either way, anyone who benches baines is wrong on this site no matter what

Yea you don't bench a pen taker. You just don't

If you have a legitimate replacement to come in for Baines then I think it's fine to bench him. But if you're like me and would be replacing with either Yun or Chambers, then i don't think it's worth it.

This is true. City are not exactly clean sheet central

Lukaku gets upended twice by boyata and Baines buries both pens

      Benchers are mugged off

    Thoughts on this;

I know I need rid of Bego ASAP.

    ------------------- Begovic -------------------
    ---- Cresswell ---- Baines ---- Azpi ----
    Sigurdsson -- Downing -- Sanchez -- Fabregas
    ----- Costa -- Austin(C) -- Aguero -----

Myhill - Chambers - Bruce - El Ahmadi
