Austin has scored 13 and is nearly half the price.Costa allows an easy swap to Sturridge though, if he hits form once he's back.

Way I look at it you can get:
a) Costa + Downing/Siggy
b) Fabregas + Austin
I prefer Austin to Downing/Siggy personally.But tends to get less bonus points as he is usually on the losing side. Austin is on pens too (not that that is a bad thing). Plenty of room for both in teams too.
This is true. The other argument is If you thing both can sustain this for the rest of the season given teams and fixtures.

Nothing changed for me. An 11+m striker who has scored more than 6 once in a few months doesn't do anything for me! More inclined to captain Haz again next week now

I feel that pre-GW23 is the best time to do it:
- 2 weeks long
- many WCs gone already so price fluctuations far more likely
- fixtures look great for a number of top clubs
- depending on transfers you MAY be able to get some new players in (last minute adds might not be added by FPL intime)

So there's a strong argument for Austin, Kane, Costa and Aguero.
We know the following:
- Austin cannot be covered by any other player
- Kane cannot be covered by any other player
- Aguero cannot be covered by any other player
- Costa can, by hazard, and fabregas. Bar today's performance.Phone doesn't let me type more than that much... Grr.

Why are people spending money to rotate Pantilimon ?
The only GW I don't want to play him are GW 27 Man.utd, 33 Arsenal and 38 Chelsea but are those three GWs really worth 0.4/0.6 to get a rotation keeper like Heaton or Krul ?I'm going Pants/Hamer. Rotates really well.
You have a point, but wouldn't you agree Foster/Pulis is a nice GK as well. Home fixture is always the best shout for a CS.
