Our Sunday delve into the members data arrives once again this evening. We cast an analytical eye over Tottenham’s goalscoring playmaker, Palace’s in-form frontman and the Magpies’ flourishing Frenchman, whilst the worrying form of Villa’s misfiring target man and United’s skipper give cause for concern.

A dude over here was asking if people are considering Downing as captain...I wonder if eh captained him 😀 + bonus, I dropped 1 place in rank this gw 😛
-
I saw on here earlier that someone had gone ahead and captained him. Hull are woeful at the minute.
-
Guilty as charged! Nearly bottled it - Kane was calling
-
Nicely played 🙂
-
Cheers TS. Who did you opt for?
-
-
-
-
-
Guys, is Monreal nailed on for now?
-
No way.
Gibbs is first choice. -
My guess wouldn't be nailed on but will rotate with Gibbs IMO
-
thanks guys.
-
Not nailed but expect him to start the next game!
-
-
In view of Pullis getting lots of clean sheets, would you do :-
Foster,
Wisdom Clyne Bertrand,
Hazard, Fabregas, Silva, Sanchez, Boyd
Aguero, Costa
Bench :- Myhill, Target (cover for SOT), PVA (whenever they have potential CS), Barnes (Rotate with Boyd) -
Downing, Chadli vs Cazorla, Lucas? (as 3rd and 5th mid)
-
I'd expect Cazorla to outscores the higher of Downing and Chadli most weeks in the next 8 so therefore Cazorla and Lucas unless you're playing 352
-
downing chadli- what about eriksen?
-
No reason to have Eriksen instead of Chadli.
-
-
-
Time to activate WC, yeah?
Krul - Foster
Terry - Chester - Bartley - Cameron - Demichelis
Silva - Hazard - Sanchez - Boyd - Siggy
Kane - Austin - Aguero-
It couldn't hurt.
-
-
anybody able to help, where can i see who is gonna rise and fall to decide to WC or not before bed??
-
pls
-
fpl price rises
-
in google
-
and don't WC
-
-
-
None of the sites aregreatright now but fantasyfootballfix.com is probably the best
-
-
jumping the gun to go Chambers > Bellerin? on WC but would lose 0.2 on Chambers
-
Do it. No way you are going to keep Chambers anyway so it doesn't even matter.
-
This
-
-
I watched the match, and I doubt anyone wants Chambers back. Bellerin was solid, decisive, proactive, intelligent with the ball. He's a good RB. Chambers is a right back also, but i wouldn't call him good.
-
well Chambers is primarily a CB but yeah, they looked way better..
-
-
-
please rate and critique my WC team
forster/hamer
Kosc Bertrand Baird Ivan PvA
Sanchez Oscar Fab Tadic Cazorla
Aguero Berahino Kane
thanks!-
Way too much money in your benched midfielder. I like the rest, though.
-
i'm going 3-5-2, so there's no bench mid
-
I'd start Berahino over Tadic every single gameweek regardless of fixture 😀
-
-
😆
I think it's 352 with a choice between Kane and Berahino each week
-
-
-
Schmeichel will return soon, I think, so Hamer is in dangerous??
-
How's she looking?
Panti 4.0
Kosc Fonte Wisdom Was Baird
Sanchez Fabregas Hazard Cazorla 4.4
Aguero Costa Kane
Could go Kane, fab, Kosc > Giroud, Oscar PvA ?-
Much prefer it as it is
-
Thanks!
-
-
Really nice. Non-existent bench, but a great XI.
-
Cheers Ludo. Thoughts on the moves?
-
Prefer the original team, definitely.
-
-
-
-
Is Costa likely to rise again by the end of the season? He's on 60% ownership.
-
not more than 0.2
-
-
This time last gw it was quiet and "crap joke night" 🙂
Tonight it's what was the 1st football game you played on a console..For me it's..

Them graphics 😀
-

Same for me

What a time to be alive
-
-
Heaton
Baines Ivan Coleman
Cazorla Hazard Fabregas Sterling ADM
Kane Bojan
Gilks Lambert Wisdom Hutton
1ft 0.9
a) go for damage limitation and do Haz to Sanchez
b) Heaton to Ospina
c) gamble and get Giroud and Kos in.
Defo not wildcarding-
I like (c). High risk high reward 😉
-
me too hence bojan 🙂
-
-
c-arsenal to wallop villans
-
-
We've been spoiled for cheap midfielders so far this season, with Sigurdsson, Downing and Chadli scoring consistently well. There are still a few options, but all of a sudden I don't feel confident in any of them. Think the premium mids will prove their worth over the final months.
-
Hopefully, just did Siggy to Caz fwiw
-
I agree with you. I am really trying to fit in Cazorla as my fourth midfielder.
-
That would be lovely if you can find a way to do it. I'm just sticking with Chadli for now, might re-assess in a couple of weeks.
-
-
Puncheon and Elia say "Hi"
-
they say hi from my WC looking for double uppers...
-
They do. And I say that I'm far from confident in them.
-
-
-
A) Cazorla, Fabregas, Austin
B) Chadli Downing/Puncheon, Costa-
B
-
-
What's the general consensus on goalkeepers in the wildcard?
Cheapie and Hamer?-
Foster and Krul for me.
-
Good rotation? That's tempting though I already have Wisdom.
-
Yeah good enough. I am going with Foster instead of a West Brom defender. PvA represents good enough value for me with Sunderland and even though they do have the fixtures to double up with I didn't like the way my defense looked. So Foster over Pants for me.
-
-
-
Have a look at Pantilimons home games from now till week 38
Hes played 9 of top 10 and Everton at home already-
(not he, sunderland)
-
-
Don't know but I defy you to find a better combo than Del Monte's below 🙂
-
-
everton turn down approach for mirallas from spurs
-
sponsored bid by baines......
-
wonder if Miralles will be in the right frame of mind to play 🙂
-
-
Begovic Foster
-
This.
-
He is so close to a fall as well, here's hoping for that extra 0.1
-
-
It's a lovely rotation. I'm looking at doing it in defence instead though, Wisdom and Wollscheid.
-
Interesting. You going with a Chelsea defender, Ludo?
-
Cahill or Terry?
-
Already played my WC. Have Terry.
-
-
He is so close to a fall as well, here's hoping for that extra 0.1
-
-
-
Holding off to this WC next week.
DeGea Krul
Bertrand Koscielny VanAanholt Wasilewski Wisdom
Boyd Downing Fabregas Hazard Sanchez
Aguero Costa Kane
Thoughts?-
Where's this Wasilewski love come from? He and Leicester are garbage.
-
bench
-
dirt cheap and plays, simple as that
-
-
-
Expected price changes tonight? I don't know which site to trust...
-
before WC. is guzan (ars) and clichy (chelsea) to ospina and bellerin good moves this GW?
-
DeGea Koscielny
-
no cash for that
-
Not sure of
-
either continued starts - how about jones for ManU with Ospina
-
actually that works perfectly. u think should be good moves?
-
Yes since you will wildcard next week. I'm holding off on WC and doing Cresswell>Koscielny as I see no hurry (for now) to get Aguero in until next week.
-
i got aguero already
-
and might not WC next week
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
For free yes absolutely.
-
-
Despite his impressive performance, now is the time to offload Stewart Downing.
How about Jason Puncheon or Eljero Elia? -
RMWCT. low tv
Courtois Giliks
Fonte PvA Wisdom Wasilewski 3.9
Hazard Sanchez Di Maria Puncheon Marney
Costa Kane Aguero-
Get rid of AdM and distribute funds saved elsewhere.
-
for whom? who replaces ADM
-
Cazorla looks like he's in the midst of quite the purple patch.
-
well, you never know with Arsenal. today, Cazorla blanks, Sanchez scores. tomorrow, Cazorla scores, Sanchez blanks. doubling up would give me a heartache
-
-
-
-
-
There are only 6 forwards that currently have a higher price than they did in GW1.
5 of those 6 forwards scored 2 points or less this GW.-
Okay Jeff.
-
And then there's Costa.
-
-
Chadli to Downing or Puncheon?
-
Cazorla & Sanchez too much?
Could go Eriksen over Caz? 🙂-
Sanchez doesn't stop Cazorla scoring points. In fact, with his ability to win free kicks and penalties, he can do quite the opposite.
-
-
My ML rival is on 75 with Baines left...
Feck this game is hard. -
WC:
Panti - Hamer
Terry - Clyne - Bertrand - Wisdom - Wasilewski
Hazard - Sánchez - Cazorla - Elia - Punch
Costa - Ings - Kane
Then Cazorla ---> JWP and Ings ---> Aguero with 2 FTs
In GW23 I can bench Costa and play 5 mids with Kane (C).
Good move?? -
Apologies if it's a daft question, can I play my Jan WC after next set of games or do I have to activate now
-
yes you can wait till then but no longer
-
Can play after next set 🙂
-
Cheers fella's
-
-
Tinkering with potential WC teams, despite not having necessarily decided to push the button this week.
Panti - 4mil
Terry - Fonte - Jones - Bellerin - Wisdom
Sanchez - Fabregas - Hazard - Cazorla - Boyd
Aguero - Kane - Austin
0.6 itb
Options include:
A) Upgrading 2nd keeper to Krul or Heaton
B) Bellerin + Boyd -> Pva + Puncheon (5th mid)
Also still debating the 4th mid position (held by Caz in the above draft)
Any thoughts/comments/suggestions lads?-
you think Fabregas will outscore Costa?
B. but I feel Puncheon is too expensive for a bench fodder. you might be leaving points on the bench.
bellerin might not be nailed on-
I've had fab from the start, and i maintain my stance that fab + a cheaper forward offers better value than Costa + a cheaper mid.
Yea I would like the luxury to see if belle run maintains his position, b/c he's great value if he does, but I'm not terribly fussed if he doesn't with 3 strong defenders (CHE, SOT and MUN) + Wisdom as my other defenders.
Cheers!
