Not sure why there is so much LVG hate. United are still getting results. I'm especially astonished at fellow United fans who seem to have a real problem with LVG. We are doing much better than last season under Moyes.

New signings have been patchy at best.Best attacking signing ADM went off the boil until today.
Football not great to watch not much zip/pace in it slow passing in front of defence.
Also struggle to keep clean sheets.-

A lot of changes since Moyes took over until now...And no they haven't been lucky they deserve to be where they are but I don't think it has much to do with LVG's crackpot ideas and formations...more to do with the fact that they have some very good players ignoring him. Just watch them play and try to spot any formation that LVG "thinks" they are playing..it just isn't there...They are very fluid (good) and work it out themselves.

Are you suggesting that LVG is a manager who wants a strict formation? I'm not sure you can draw that conclusion. He has a philosophy that probably requires a more fluid style.

Moyes didnt have players who wanted to play for him.
With the right signings, Moyes would have done better too.
Just that he sucks in the big games, which I think LvG has done exceptionally well this season.-
You are right about players not respecting Moyes. This is why he was a terrible fit for United and why LVG is much better.

The problem is United are labouring through games and not smashing it , which this squad should be able to do.
May be they need time to gel, but there is a possibility that LvG has got it all wrong too.
