Pellegrini is a puzzle.
His reliance on Navas, 0 goals and generally ineffective and 1 dimensional.
His constant rotating of his defenders, argueably the one area you don't rotate.
His inability to get the best out of Dzeko, Jovetic, Negredo(gone, I know)and early days in fairness, Bony - leaving him totally reliant on an injury prone Aguero.
Not getting the best out of Yaya.
Strange reluctance to use Lamps, Milner and now Nasri.
Stubborn or incompetent?
I don't get it.-
Aguero lone striker with Silva tucked behind seems to be more effective, don't understand why they don't use it more often.
-
Because Pellegrini blew £28m on a striker they didn't need and couldn't afford under FFP.
Pellegrini has nailed his colours to the mast for his 4-2-2-2 formation and will live or die by it now.
4-2-3-1 with Silva behind Aguero is clearly better for them but that will have to wait for a new manager I think.-
Good points. The Newcastle match might have deceived him a bit.

Who bought Boyd this week, and played him? Harry Kane.
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1542437/event-history/29/-
Explains his rank.
-
-
Time to sell Cazorla?
Or will he be getting minutes....when Walcott and Ramsey are both fit now.
Thanks!-
I wouldn't sell as he was only rested for the CL imo and they'll probably be knocked out on Tuesday.
I suppose it depends who you're thinking of replacing him with??
-
-
Walcott my highest scorer today. Why would I ever sell him?
-
Well done! You see?! Your patience was well rewarded....... Pity you didn't captain.
-
Almost did.
-
-
-
Philip Schofield hypontising people.. not quite his best work.. The Cube
-
Hypontising?
You are feeling dyslexic, very dyslexic.
-
-
Baps out. Anyone notice?
-
Got none, so no.
-
Same as.
-
Oh wait hold on.. my Burnley bench has points.
-
-
-
-
With aston villa revived by football god tim, should i transfer kun to benteke or agbonlahor? Feels like they might do as good as last years adebayor after sherwood took charge.
-
Yes, do it now.
-
Get tekkers
-
Benteke could be good from GW 34 onwards if the Villa-QPR game is rescheduled for that week. Villa fixtures after that are quite good.
-
-
Nice to see Arsenal come to life when Cazorla came on. I hope Wenger doesn't considering benching him for the start again.
-
ing** 😳
-
Hey ILF! Do you think it's worth keeping him?
-
I am without a doubt. Still the best and most creative mid they have.
-
caz is class. leave him alone wenger. play the man he deserves it.
-
-
Definitely keeping him here.
-
-
-
@JK
Think you're favourite to win this round mate!-
had that bad a week pal?
-
Aye, 13 from 7. Double Soton defence to come with the Bellerin no show and Kane (C).
-
-
-
If you could revamp your front 7 attackers who would they include?
-
I'd maybe have Giroud over Austin, thats about it. I'm not desperate enough to take a hit for it though.
Aguero and Kane still standard imo. -
Probably benteke agbonlahor giroud,
Ozil, boyd, hazard, sterling, herrera -
Rooney, Costa, Sigurdsson,
-
-
What a wretched gameweek! 7 played, 25 points 😆
-
That counts as boasting this week.
-
Not really. Still getting outscored by my main rival this week.
-
-
No need to show off
-
😆
-
-
Oh to have 25pts; It's just not fair, I never get 25pts.....
-
err thats a 100 pts relatively speaking 😡
-
Nah it's bout average I think. My league rival still outscored me 😆
-
-

Me: Vert Fonte Coutinho
vs
Jones + 3
Looks like I'm through to next round barring some extreme bad luck.-
1+1+2 vs 6+3
-
-
Sanchez and Aguero firing blanks at the moment allowing rival close the gap....
I presume they are season keepers (injuries aside)?-
No such thing as their current form shows.
-
No such thing as a season keeper.
-
-
Lol at Fernandinho bap
-
they felt sorry for him
-
-
Oh hi guys, I got 42 points. Is that good ?
-
Could be better;-)
-
shocking.
-
-
Exchange the position of the numbers. Add 1. That's how much I've got.
-
-
-
Wtf? 😀
-
-
Selling Sanchez to free up money for Giroud.
Who to?
A) Coutinho
B) Sigurdsson
C) Bolasie
D) Sterling
E) Henderson-
Oezil?
-
Not enough ££
-
-
d
-
Got to be Siggy/Sterling
-
-
Diafra Sakho anyone?
SUN / lei / STK next 3-
Going with Jenkinson only
-
west ham are cack
-
Rather go with a WHU defender.
-
Tossing up between him and tekkers.
-
-
Foster+PVA-->Ospina+WHU/AVL defender good move?
-
kneejerk
-
-
2 frees and havent a clue 🙁
-
That's good! Will have a look at your team if linked.
-
Hmm great team. Not sure what to suggest, sry.
-
lol cheers, now you see my problem
-
-
-
Ditto
-
What about getting giroud?
-
For austin, in case you have him?
-
hmm dont think i have the cash without major restructuring
-
-
I've got Colonel Mustard, The Library and the Lead pipe if that helps.
-
i could do with murder
-
-
Wow your team aint too disimilar to mine..
Do rose to alder for this week.. then you can have double Saints v Burnley, and Terry. Perfect.-
Or just Walters to Boyd. Although Boyds fixtures are crappy.
-
im not gettin boydd
-
Rose to Alderweireld then ?
-
-
-
I'd keep Rose.
-
Why on earth would you do that ?
-
-
-
Yup. Im even considering agbonlahor for austin which is mental really.
-
Walters to Phillips/Boyd/even cheaper to free up cash
Or Rose to Dawson/Naughton
Or both, then upgrade Austin -
I'd aim for Austin/Walters/Clyne > Giroud/Cork/Alderweireld 🙂
-
New keeper for next week.
-
-
Who will win?
A) De Gea + Clyne + Coutinho
Or
B) 5 points + Mane + Terry-
B, just
-
b
-
Thanks lads! Just what I wanted to hear. Think it's gonna be tight though.
-
-
Pelegrini your a disgrace. "We never surround the ref" lol. What a tool. Hope Barcelona tear you apart
-
He has lost it, grandad's getting old
-
-
2 frees available.
Thinking of removing Kompany to aldi or Dawson even though he has good fixtures. Any other moves worth doing?
Lloris
Kompany Clyne terry
Mane hazard Sanchez Eriksen
Aguero Kane Giroud
Pants bellerin Boyd naughton -
Perfectly set-up for next couple of weeks (barring injuries/suspension). This week Foster+PVA-->Ospina+Jenko, save for next GW, then Austin+Sanchez-->Giroud+Sterling/Coutinho. Sound good?
-
So inconsiderate of Foster and Moses to get injured before 60 minutes.
-
Especially Foster
-
I almost feel guilty for getting Dawsons 6 points when most of my rivals had Foster 1 point...Almost 😉
-
-
Before the Sunderland game Aston Villa had 4 away goals all season. Today they have 4 goals in the 1st half.
Only Sunderland :lol;-
At least they have a proper Goal of the Month competition this month
-
-
I think I can say that I have defence with differentials - Vert (2.3%), Jenkinson (0.6%), Schlupp (0.8%). PVA with 4.5% ownership is also good, but he is not paying off so good, and also have Fonte 🙂
-
Another two week break coming up after gw30.
-
A bad GW will be particularly bad then.
-
-
Ok so is Giroud worth getting in now after today?
-
Has been worth it in the last 4 weeks.
-
Think it's time to ship Austin for him?
-
-
depends on who else you have and how aggressive you wanna be. Villa striker maybe a more worth while gamble whilst giroud will provide steady return which alot of other ppl will be getting as he's probably gonna be ppls 1st choice to bring in.
-
Can't decide between Giroudand Benteke?, both have burned me in the past
-
-
-
If i do kun to agbonlahor or benteke, where should i spent money?
Giroud to sturridge, or eriksen to silva? Or get de gea as second goalkeeper next to forster?-
bank it
-
Completely forgot about that. Probably most sensible
-
-
Any weak link in your midfield? (Eriksen to Silva then, though I dont like Silva)
-
