It was unsurprising to see him mentioned frequently in our hot topic on the best Arsenal trio to have for the Gunners’ double Gameweek.

Arsenal’s evolving midfield also came under RuthNZ’s microscope as he examined how reacting to changes in the form and tactics, such as Ramsey and Sanchez’s growing influence in the Gunners attacking play, is vital to success.

While Arsenal players are gaining plaudits, are we ignoring some of the game’s more unfashionable players who still have the potential to score well? D1sable certainly thinks so as he prepares to welcome Stoke’s barrel chested midfielder Charlie Adam into his FPL side.
