Fantasy Football Scout memberships for 2015/16 are now available for the pre-season price of just £12.50.

Last season’s memberships expired back on Monday June 1 but you can now renew to get access to the members area.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to get a registered account, can sign up via this link.

Payments can be made through Paypal or via Stripe using debit or credit cards.

For the second season running, we’re very proud to have helped the Fantasy Premier League champion to the crown. This season’s winner, Simon March, aka “Dufflinks” was a full member of the site – as was Tom Fenley the season before. We hope that our members area goes on aiding FPL managers and will be hoping for a third champion from the 2015/16 season.

If you’re new to the benefits of Fantasy Football Scout membership, you can get full details, along with a series of movies previewing the content, via this page.

We’re hugely grateful for the support shown by our members each season. This has enabled us to maintain the site, grow our team and develop further.

We currently have a full responsive design in development which we are looking to roll out before the start of the new season, while we’re also currently working on the latest feature for members and a revised season ticker tool. Again, we’re looking to have both available prior to the new season and we’ll bring you more on those in the coming weeks.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the members area, then please feel free to drop me a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Seems the meeing between Rodgers, Mike Gorodon and Werner went well, Rodgers is now likely to keep his job, It is said that FSG were impressed by Rodgers plans to improve the team. It is also likely to be his last chance, I have heard that if we sacked him now we'd have to pay the remainder of his contract but he has been given the choice to stay on an extra year although apparently if he fails to make top four he will leave without a penny. Massive respect for Rodgers if that is true, really hope he can turn things around.

    Hypothetical question

If liverpool sold all their players, and replaced them will all burnleys players, would liverpool be favourites for relegation like Burnley were?

Ghana have been great in the U20's of late, remember the tourney in Turkey their team was storming the table. Pretty sure they kicked us (Chile) out, great talent for the black stars right now. Really been carrying the flag for African football internationally in the last decade or so, winning the 2009 U20, third place in the 2013 u20, and getting to the semis in the 2010 WC. Great stuff.

Seems shitty will find themselfs in the crapper sooner rather then later possibly.
But I read somewhere that they arre looking at Alex Song cause he would count as homegrown under the rules that now apply, but we will see where this ends.

No no, he just wanted to show that he could continue, if he wanted to, but he's just such a nice bloke he doesn't want to continue so long that he could become a tyrant or hog too much power.

Remember, don't doubt people's good intentions. Ever. That way you won't mistake Blatter for a money grabbing to the core corrupt criminal even under the light of the most blatant evidence.

@Camp Mou - How'd your rotating 3rd striker & 5th mid combination work out for you?

Hmmm... can you remind me what we were talking about exactly? I played with 4 def for most season, fell short of top50 by completely failing the last two GW's, but stayed in the top100 nevertheless, so I guess it didn't go too badly.

The plan was to have a rotating pair.
        Your 3rd striker & your 5th mid...
I can assume that you went with 2 up front & rotated your 5th mid & 4th defender instead?

I could check what I did. I usually don't like to have surplus players in my team, and I guess that's what we were talking about. I had Kane in my team all the way to the end and went with only one expensive striker, Aguero, and when he was injured, had none. I stuffed my midfield like most did, but spent in my defence too.

What I mean, I don't necessarily rotate some particular pair. I rotate the whole team according to the fixtures. I don't usually have a 4.5 midfielder rotting in my team, only time I had that cheap, it was one I thought could get me some occasional points, and it was JWP, I think.

Here we go, seems like in fact I played 23 GW's with 3 man defence after all, and in fact looks like I rotated striker and midfielder. But apparently got most points when playing with 4 at back and rotating 4th midfielder and 3rd striker.

          3-4-3 (15 times - average 61.3 points)
          3-5-2 (8 times - average 59.4 points)
          4-3-3 (6 times - average 70.7 points)
          4-4-2 (5 times - average 63.6 points)

          Other formations marginal.

that is very interesting!!! 4 at the back, less flair but rewarding... can I ask how many big hitters at the back you had or who?

Double up Chelsea, 1 SOU, 1 ARS, usually. But that changed time to time.

Who are the 5 players you'll most keenly monitor over pre-season? For me they are, so far:

    Depay
    Redmond
    Walcott
    Rooney
    Kane

I'm not too worried until we start to see a few of those *Guinness Cup* or *Int'l Tour* team sheets.

Who's playing the 1st half & who gets the 2nd in those pre-season friendlies is probably the best indicator of who'll get serious mins & who'll wind up on the bench.

Jovetic was a great example of this.
We were able to grab starting City striker for only 8mil.
Granted it was never going to be a long-term solution but, was a nice 3-week ride while it lasted.
