Losing Lens? Not so sure.That's a good point, Arsenal have tricky games almost every other game until November. It just feels weird without an Arsenal attacking option at all. They're usually quite nicely under priced somewhere.
I'll be running with no Arsenal for a while unless I get Sanchez. And that's less likely as my plans stand.

Is he a serious contender at 6.5 or are Cabaye and Lens better options at that price?pants, least creative no 10 in the league and doesn't penetrate enough before shooting, so he shoots from way out a lot. Also everton have diabolical fixtures until November.
The problem is CRY and SUN fixtures aren't much better. So trying to look for the best option at that price.
Granted Palace's are bad but I have Sunderland as having the 2nd best fixtures over the next 6 weeks for attacking returns.

imo mahrez is only good to raise funds for kun
dont think he will score double digit in the next 4 gamesIn reality though, at 5.5M he doesn't need to be scoring double digits to be good value or a strong team member. If he were to chip with a single goal or assist in each game (on average) that would be a result, and net him about 5/8 points a game.
Not guaranteeing he'll do that by the way, but I think people are setting the benchmark too high when they argue, "he won't get 15 every week". Nor will Aguero.

With 16 goals in his debut season, I can see Sanchez being a huge FPL player this season. Players are usually better after their first season.Weirdly, Hazard got the exact same output in his last two seasons! 14g 10a
He had a strange debut season though. 9 goals, 16 assists. The only season he was below 200pts.

Gives a few fixtures out for minor injuries or resting. I don't see any attacking Arsenal player playing 36+ games.
In all honestly we have at least 20 different front 6 combinations maybe more and once Sanchez is starting he's the big constant with Ozil following shortly behind. I'm gonna ditch Wally after this week and be done with it until ~gw9 when our fixtures properly turn and I've had a couple of months to assess. Also by then we'll like have injuries and an easier option. I can't get a balance with Haz/Sanch/Aguero that I like at the moment so I wont be rushing Sanchez in yet either.

Lens has 8 seasons of quality output behind him. Ayew has 5 seasons of okay output behind him and two shots in the box vs Chelsea from the same sequence of play.
I did the same transfer for the same reason. I think Walcott will fall before the deadline and even if he doesn't he'll fall before you get to see him play on Sunday. I just couldn't see the advantage in waiting when Ayew has a better fixture and it was a transfer I was going to make next wk anyway.
