      Well I refused to get in a playable 5th mid this season as it would mean benching Mahrez/Vardy.

      Worked out allllright. Picked Silva ahead of Ramsey though. Story of my season.

      Funnily enough a lesson I took from last year - and Leicester coincidentally - is not to ignore fixtures. Leicester's upturn in form last season coincided with an easing of the fixture list.

        Yeah, but somehow this season easy-looking fixtures mean nothing when the players are in terrible form i.e Kane.

        We have lots of upsets to, i.e Bournemouth these days, WHU early days. Can't rely heavily on fixtures anymore imo

          Funny thing is, going into the run of the last three fxtures (which looked good on paper) Kane was in fine form. It's just dropped away at the same time as fixtures have turned nice. Could it be those teams are setting up to stop Spurs more than they are going for the win?

            Could be. It shows that free-flowing Spurs can be stopped, and their defence is not that great after all.

            I hate watching football in general these days. Gone are the days when you win the game by winning the midfield, now teams just sit down and counter attack at their peril.

          same here actually. at the moment i don't intend to run my MLs anymore and will probably just play for fun.

          The same story as last couple of GWs has continued - getting spanked in my MLs by their differentials outscoring mine big time. Its f**king annoying.

        yep. thats my pts. seems everyone has same players and noone wants to venture out for differentials. my probkem was early season missed 3 gwks w/out mahrez and had moreno in bench. was so stuck w/ work and now touch to catch up. no reao differwntial out ther worth going for at the expense of whom

        Yea, I kind of agree. But I'm talking about my league where I'm not allowed Everton or Utd players, so no Lukaku.

        I have Vardy, and Kane (who's letting me down), and I'm debating whether Aguero has to go.

        If he does, I can only really see Ighalo to jump to.

          For sure along with KDB.
          Forwards are doing great, Mahrez and Ozil are fine.

            I think part of the problem is a) there are too few high value players and b) the few that there are are not performing. However, within the FPL pricing structure, very few justified higher prices this year.

    Kolarov owners - what's the plan? A 6.5m defender who is a rotation risk surely has to go, especially when his side are not keeping clean sheets, but with SUN the week after next, is it worth holding a little longer?

    Taking a look at the next few games of ars, SUN, lei, I'd expect Clichy to start the tougher games (ars and lei), making Kolarov a good bet to start at home to SUN, which is plum.

    After SUN though, he almost certainly goes.

    Anyone have different thoughts?

      Read an article which says Clichy will b played ahead of Kolarov for the game against Arsenal due to their style of play, would sell him if I had a FT & did not know where to use it, otherwise save if u hav other options at the back to compensate for it
