I'd play Bellerin, Moreno & Richards. I think Moreno is still worth playing this week if you haven't sold him yet.

Tempted to captain a defender this week
Daniels(STK) - Stoke has blanked the last 4 games, defence has been terrible as well
Cresswell(nor) - Right up there for crosses and Norwich has blanked 3 of the last 4 and defence is terrible-
Moreno(c) maybe? You will get 2 points instead of 1...

If you've got 2FT's i'd bring in a Stoke, Southampton or Leicester player this week, with GW30 in mind. Then re-access GW30 after the R5 cup ties have been played.

If you have 2 FT go Soton defender, you will need him for GW 30, if you have only 1, just hold fire untill 21 february after FA Cup games.

My suggestions, for what they are worth, are to bench Lingard and save your FT if you still retain it. You might think of the possibility of starting Targett ... he'll probably play or never emerge.
