For some reason want to get KDB out already, as I just have a gut feeling he will do poorly over the double and ties up so much compared to someone like Alli.

Can someone talk me out of this notion. Or does anyone else have this feeling?

The community is now chasing 40points lost from selling Vardy, Sigs, Ali and Aldwers plus most of us would have put the armband on Aguero had it not been for the DGW. The problems will start in GW35 if these inform player continue scoring big points.

I got in Sanchez, Townsend and Milner with the wildcard it could have been much worse!

What really hurt me was the Leicester clean sheet and Vardy. I had Fuchs, Schmeichel and Vardy pre-wildcard.
Defence really flopped for me I went double Arsenal and man city.

I think some people might have had unrealistic expectations for this week.

Our wildcards were set up for 34 on, that's where we get our reward. We were never actually supposed to get any sort of advantage this week, so why feel bad that we didn't? In fact this was always likely to be our worst week as we're loaded with DGW players without the benefit of a DGW.

It's turned out even worse than we might have expect but, as they say here, that's the dark side of probability. From here on the odds are on our side though

I'd expect Sakho to play both DGW games, seems like he was just rested today. Nothing to say Wenger will drop Gabriel either.

Newcastle and Clichy I can't say much positive about tbf.

Agreed. Today was the day when the sgw clubs with high ownership were playing, so it was even more likely to have a negative impact on those who focused on DGWs.

      Yeah, fair points.

But I think the gap between pre-WC team and current one is so substantial that it's considered to have removed any benefit BB was meant to offer.

This is compounded by the unusual number of question marks that have been raised over relevant players.

A lot of managers will probably be taking hits to be sure the bench is fully stocked it seems.

True. However, we could be as unlucky next week as the SDWers were this week. In fact we're twice as likely to be, in theory. We can't write it off as a failure just yet.

For example, I'd imagine Sanchez(c) will be very popular here. If that alone works out we will claw back a lot of points.

    A) sanchez + sturridge + lanzini (-8) (I get Sanchez Sturridge Pelle 35)
    B) Kane + Iwobi + Payet (0) (I get Kane Iwobi Sturridge/Pelle 35)

With A I lose 8 points and a bit scared of not having Payet, but Im not scared of Sanchez TC hurting me. I Also like my gw35 team better.

With B I dont take any hits, but Im really scared of what Sanchez will do, and all the peole Captaining and TCing him. Also concerned about Iwobi playtime in 34 and 35.

I'm stuck here wondering if it's even worthy bench boosting with the bench of Rashford Darmian and Gabriel. Triple captaining the likes of Kun or Sanchez might get me more points than those three :/ Then again I wouldnt know what to do with BB if not used in 34 :S

It started well before today with Ward assist and cs, but KDB and Coutinho on the bench was a bummer, now Vardy scored twice, Alli scored... I guess some of the managers in 10K, if not many instead of some, really benefited from that

Triple captain Sanchez next week with two juicy home games looks very nice! Anyone not putting the armband on him?

Also, bench Mahrez or Kane for the DGW??

Most are using BB but I'm C him for sure so good shout

      I would bench Mahrez

It seems like wildcarding last week was the better choice than this week after all

Haha 😀 well got my Coutinho points last week, bummer he didn't play today, 2 pointer from Mitrovic from the bench....

I reckon the "better choice" was pretending I didn't have a wildcard, and plodding on as I'd been doing.

I've had 11 green arrows in a row and would have had another one had I left well alone.

    Sold: Toby (15), Williams (5), Alli (8), Siggy (11), Ozil (7), Vardy (13) = 59

    Bought: Gabriel (1), Sakho(0), Payet (2) Coutinho (0), KDB (1), Mitrovic (2) = 6

And we all saw this coming!!!

Sorry, I usually hate moaners on here, but I don't care... Aaaaaaarrrrgggghhh!!

      Hmm let's see for me:

      Hennessey (9) Williams (6) Cresswell (4) Siggy (11) Mahrez (3) Alli (7) Ozil (7) Kane (2) Vardy (13) = 62

      vs

      Robles (3) Ward (12) Bellerin (1) Payet (2) Sanchez (7) KDB (1) Coutinho (0) Lennon (2) Lukaku (2) = 30

Not as bad as you though and gained some points with my players last week and still 4 to come so might just break even over the past 2 weeks

Got subbed early last week due to bad performance

I'd say, keep if you got him but don't buy him

I think I'll just get Wijnaldum. He's over due.

Benching Riyad could hurt, but I guess you know that.

The twist at the end of the season will be much like the 6th Sense. Together we'll realise that we are, in fact, the casuals.

    Also we're ghosts.

I was all ready to go Bolasie > Firmino, but not so sure now.

Any suggestions for my midfield: Payet / Ozil / KdB / Mahrez / Bolasie

How much money's have you got? I'd think about a Liverpool / Everton midfielder in place of Bolasie if you have the funds.

2.5 itb; still go with Bolasie > Firmino?
