Robles, Coleman, Bolasie and Luks (C) MIGHT save this GW. But it looks doom and gloom with 42 so far

    Positive thinking:

Even if you have to take a hit or two this week, a 15DGW player team will net you something like 50 points just for turning up next week?

That's without taking any actual scores the players might get over two games into account.

If you had to play one between Kane/Alli away to Stoke, who would you play?

Not sure why I'm asking but Alli is certainly better away. Kane, though right?

Milner out Saturday morning for coutinho.

      Spot on Matia,

Don't normally post , but feel I have to after this weeks carnage. I was hoping to make up ground with this WC and BB. Now over 60 behind leader in our league.

Got rid of Siggy, Alli , Alderweireld, Vardy and Bloody Ward for Delaney.

No coutinho or Sakho. I need Lennon or Bolaise to do something on Weds

Nice to now I'm not the only one on here who did c**p

    Hello All:

I play in a league where we draft players, so my options are limited. Here is my preliminary team for the DGW.
I need a defender with a double in case Jagielka’s out Should that be
    A. Cresswell
    B. Rojo
    C. Clyne
    D. Play Walker against Stoke

    Courtois
    Bellerin Jagielka Gabriel
    Lingard Ozil Lanzini Bolasie Payet
    Aguero Deeney
    Bench: Schmeichel Pelle Walker Smith

Right come on everyone. We all knew that the WC could potentially trash our teams and many were apprehensive about it. It generally wasn't GW33 we did it for but GW34 and through to 35.Yes many without this planning have scored heavily this week but will be well short of players compared with those who have planned for GW34. If it's still rubbish after GW35 then by all means moan but now it's time to put up and shut up. It's like the bad gambler who always says after the event "I was gonna back that one ..........."

        worse than that,

I think its just the volume of players who punished. Toby goal was the killer in my eyes. Cs and goal haul for a defender is massive.

The difference now is that the bb has got to bring in a big score just to make up for this week, it was that bad. Expected a little dip this week but it was a lot of punishment

I agree. There's going to have to be some good performances from doubles to do damage now on the back of this GW. Simply showing up for 2 (4pts) won't be enough, bench boost or not.

You're right Tis and Pie; It' the fear that Alli and Kane could go crazy again against a weak looking Stoke defence and also Alder gets another clean sheet .

Never mind what Vardy and co might do too.

      1. I would say, yes, pretty much

      2. None

      3. Milner the most likely to play both

      1) I don't think he is. Giroud, campbell, walcott all likely to get game time and I can't see ozil or sanchez being benched.

      2) I just bought Rojo. He's started the last 6 so if for some reason he's dropped for Villa then it was totally unpredictable.

      3) Probably best to wait till after their europa league tie to make that decision.

Origi is turning out to be quite consistent. Reckon he'll break into the 1st team as a regular?

Iheanacho is another one who has shown some quality- not sure he will play a part in Gaurdiola's plans though.

What transfer you doing this week. I'm thinking ALdy to Bellerin ,depending on Silva fitness.

i was down 25 on pre-wc but already have 10 coming off the bench and have 3 players to go inc. capt so hopefully a minimum of 8 pts. So a Lukaku assist or goal leaves me about even and still happy with GW 34 & 35 plans.

Yep. Same situation as you. Kept Vardy, Sold Toby. Benched Alli. Same score.

Never had toby, always been walker.
        Kept alli, benched arny.
Still in 2 minds over WC - really don't like the idea of losing spurs/leics players who are nailed on for liv/city/eve who are not.

So Coutinho doesn't come on giving my opponents 8-10 points of their bench. I get Lanzini, the unluckiest player of the week.

This. Getting a little tired of all the casual labeling Some people just play to play and have fun. Fair play to them. Being a die hard like we are does not entitle us to special treatment.

      Use it as motivation.

Today was the first time Klopp rotated heavily. Dortmund rotated 8 players too, and their kick off was a few hours before, maybe that influenced things.

Doesn't change the fact that he's started every other league game when fit. Just frustrating he hasn't when we bought him.

Triple captain Smalling ridiculous? Reckon he's due at least one CS. If he got two CS and any bonus I reckon you'd have a good chance of outscoring a striker if they blank one game

I reckon any striker have a good chance of outscoring Smalling if United concede a goal in one game.

Don't think I've ever felt so low over fantasy football. Have had such a terrible season but the last few weeks have seen me manage to get to the top of most of my leagues. All that good work down the drain. Gutted.
