Dele Alli is suspended for Tottenham’s final three league matches. Philippe Coutinho is doubtful for Liverpool’s trip to the Liberty due to illness, Everton’s defence is hit hard by injury and suspension for Bournemouth’s visit, whilst Santi Cazorla is back in the frame as Arsenal entertain Norwich at the Emirates.

Dele Alli will miss the rest of the season after he was handed a three-match ban by the FA for his altercation with West Brom’s Claudio Yacob on Monday evening.

Mamadou Sakho has been handed an initial 30-day suspension by UEFA whilst they begin to investigate the Liverpool defender’s failed drug test. The Reds are sweating on the fitness of Philippe Coutinho for Sunday’s trip to Swansea after he was forced off due to illness in last night’s Europa League loss at Villarreal.

Wilfried Zaha is rated as “50-50” for Palace’s trip to Newcastle due to a hamstring injury.

Everton are without injured trio Phil Jagielka, Seamus Coleman and Gareth Barry for the visit of Bournemouth. Ramiro Funes Mori serves the second of a three-match ban for the Toffees, whilst Roberto Martinez has revealed that teenage attacker Kieran Dowell could be handed a first-team opportunity after scoring a hat-trick for the reserves on Monday night.

Ciaran Clark is back in training ahead of Villa’s clash with Watford tomorrow. The defender will be included in the squad if he comes through training without any problems today, Erik Black confirmed. Kieran Richardson remains sidelined with a calf injury, whilst Gabby Agbonlahor has had his club suspension lifted and will be available for selection from next Monday.

Sunderland have a fully-fit squad for their visit to Stoke after Jeremain Lens recovered from the illness that ruled him out of last week’s goalless draw against Arsenal.

Slaven Bilic confirmed that West Ham have a clean bill of health for their trip to the Hawthorns.

Santi Cazorla is available for Arsenal’s home match with Norwich and “might be involved” after an extended period on the sidelines. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back in first-team training but remains a major doubt.

Swansea are without Alberto Paloschi and Leroy Fer for the visit of Liverpool. The duo have been sidelined with hamstring problems amid reports that they may not play again this season.

Etienne Capoue is unlikely to play again this season after being forced off in Watford’s FA Cup semi-final defeat to Palace with a knee injury. Quique Sanchez Flores has revealed that Odion Ighalo rejected the chance to fly back to Nigerian following the death of his father and is will be available for selection.

Adam Smith and Harry Arter remain sidelined for Bournemouth’s trip to Goodison, Eddie Howe confirmed earlier this morning. The Cherries boss also revealed that Max Gradel is “improving slightly” and is hopeful the winger will step up his fitness after missing out last weekend with a leg problem.

Tony Pulis is hopeful that Ben Foster will return to training today after missing Monday’s draw at Spurs with an ankle problem. Saido Berahino is back in training after missing out with a similar complaint, though Pulis will make a late decision on his availability. The Baggies boss went on to reveal he hopes to hand some minutes to youngsters such as Jonathan Leko, and Tyler Roberts before the season is over.

    Mignolet
    Clichy / Smalling / Bellerin
    KDB / Coutinho / Townsend / Sanchez / Payet
    Lukaku / Defoe

    Robles / Mitrovic / Gabriel / Sakho
    1ft 2.4m itb

    For a -4
    A) Gabriel --> Cresswell & Mitrovic --> Carroll
    B) Gabriel --> Cresswell & Coutinho --> Fabregas
    C) Gabriel --> Cresswell & KDB --> Hazard
    or
    For free
    D) Gabriel --> Cresswell
    E) Coutinho --> Fabregas
    F) Mitrovic --> Carroll
    G) KDB --> Hazard

    I should mention I am chasing a big lead, so that probably points towards taking the hit and hoping?

    This is my current team:
    Robles
    Bellerin - PVA - Moreno
    Payet - Sanchez - Mahrez - Firminho
    Aguero - Rashford - Costa

    B: Mignolet, Iwobi, Smalling, Simpson

    I'm a bit hesitant to bench Iwobi here. I still have the 2-5-3 chip so I can swap him with any of the other outfield players.
    What do you think I should do? Thoughts?

    1. sillyhilly69

      Tempted to do the AOA chip too this week due to defenders being injured/unavailable.

      If you don't do it now, you never will - especially as none of your defenders really have a guaranteed clean sheet! (i.e. not playing Villa)

        Yeah, this is probably the final chance to use the chip, but I feel that my defenders have a great attacking potential this week.

        Maybe I take out Rashford or Costa instead. Tricky decision!

    I'm considering holding Alli for a week as can't see any good alternatives for him and transfer could be used elsewhere (i.e. removing Mitrovic as striker options are better this week). Is this a sensible strategy or is it silly holding on to a player with no chance of playing?

    I haven't played TC or BB chip [stupidly forgot to apply BB to my perfectly crafted GW 34 squad].

    I'm looking at having maybe 8 or so DGW players in GW37.

    Any thoughts on which week I should play each chip in and/or which player to use TC on??

      BB 37
      TC 38 - Sanchez as long as Arsenal still need a result

    Best midfielder for 7.9 or less, ideally will play the DGW 37 also.

    A) Lanzini (have Payet already)
    B) Willian
    C) Other

      I'm torn on the same point.

      Am considering waiting to see how this GW plays out. If Leicester clinch the league this week then I may ship Kane next GW for Sturridge for the double.

        That's a good idea, I have left 0.2 itb so I can do this exact swap.

        If Liverpool go out Europa and leciester win the league, I will definitely do the move!

    Well I never thought an FPL day would come when I would be considering Kun or Kane to Andy Carroll for a hit !

    Coleman likely to be fit for DGW or should I transfer him out instead of Clichy? Cheers

    De Gea, Darlow
    Bellerin, Rose, Fuchs, Sakho, Gabriel
    Sanchez, Firmino, Payet, Mahrez, Alli
    Aguero, Kane, Martial

    1FT, 0.5 in the bank

    A) Alli -> Townsend, play AOA chip

    B) Sakho -> PVA/Moreno

    C) Save FT (have 2FTs for DGW)
