Our Rate My Team tool and the associated Projections enjoyed an extensive update overnight as we applied tweaked player appearance probabilities based on the pre-season matches.

Further updates are planned today once Andre Ayew is moved to the West Ham squad and Paul Pogba arrives in the game.

We will also be updating the team attack and defence ratings based on the current bookmaker market trends.

Indeed, both Rate My Team and the Projections are likely to be tweaked on a daily basis as further team news breaks over the week. If you’re using these tools, be sure to check back each day to see how the changes reflect on your current selections.

Meanwhile, late last week we created an updated movie previewing both Rate My Team and the Projections.

          We dont have HIGH scorers as we spread goals across the team. I'm not convinced that any of them are value. I've gone with I wobi as my Arsenal player. Sensational value if he starts, which I think he will.

    Currently I'd say there are 4 very attractive Man united options: De Gea, Shaw, Pogba & Ibra. part of me wants all of them course you can't do that. Which one would you guys drop?

      In defence I'll have coverage from WBA / Burnley (goalies) and 3 of Everton / Man Utd / Leicester / Man City / Boro (defenders) per GW.

      Stones might have to fight Otamendi for a place later on, but Kompany won't be back for another month or so, so Stones is a pretty good buy for now I think. Similarly, there might be some competition between Funes Mori and Kone if that deal goes through, though Funes Mori will probably be favored based on how he did last season, and in case he loses his place I can easily get Williams (his lack of a pre-season makes me hesitant to instantly pick him up).

      Feghouli and Redmond are risks, but both look like they will be involved in the first few gameweeks, and they rotate very well too (WAT, BOU, SUN, WAT, SWA, SOU, MID, BUR, SUN). Redmond could also be played OOP, and Feghouli has apparently been West Ham's best player in pre-season.

      All of my attackers should be on penalties, while Mahrez, Martial and Lamela are all fantastic attacking threats who you can rely on to score and to assist.

      Paredes 19% ownership is a big risk.
      Watford will likely not do so hot against: sot - CHE - ARS - whm - MUN
      With early wildcards and viable options coming to the fore isn't it likely he'll be south of 4 mil by week 5 and a big headache to sort out as a result ?
