I will just say pep guardiola is the messi of coaches while mou is the ronaldo of coaches. Messi plays clearly and impact the game the way he wants, ronaldo trains hard but prays for penalties and hope for tap-ins. On the coaches side, pep sets up a formation and depend on his own tactics while mourinho sets up same formation and hope for luck. Pep buys players that fit his style, mou buys the expensive flops.... 🙂 Pep Guardiola doesn't NEED to adapt in the BPL

Lets face it. Ozil is not an fpl option this year. Couldn't be bothered. Looks like he wants to leave Arsenal to me. I'd be very surprised if he signed a new contract.
