Gameweek 13 is now brought to a conclusion with a couple of late Sunday afternoon kick-offs.

Manchester United entertain West Ham United at Old Trafford, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic back in contention after serving a one-match ban.

The big Swede notched twice in his previous league appearance and faces a defence that’s been breached 14 times in six road trips already.

Juan Mata, meanwhile, earned over 52,000 transfers in last week after bagging the opener at home to Arsenal.

Michail Antonio is the Hammers’ top scoring FPL asset, having served up a goal and assist in the last two Gameweeks. The midfielder has already netted against Man City, West Brom and Spurs away from home, though sits just one yellow shy of a single-match ban today.

Southampton and Everton go head-to-head at St Mary’s in the other 4.30 fixture.

The Saints’ defence kept Liverpool at bay last time out and could come under increased FPL interest if they can repel former manager Ronald Koeman’s Toffees.

Romelu Lukaku has netted just once in his last four league outings and suffered a price drop in the previous Gameweek.

With Man United, Arsenal and Liverpool in the next four, the Everton talisman needs a return to form this afternoon to stave off further transfers out.

Alright lads, two questions later, here's the team.

    Pickford (Grant)
    Alonso Clyne Cedric (Amat, Browning)
    Sanchez Hazard Firmino Sigurdsson Zaha
    Aguero Costa (Anichebe)
    0.0 in the bank

Thanks for all of the thoughts! Took a massive hit to get this but I'm trying to flex my team value to get back in my ML races. None of the leaders can dream of affording this.

    Is it looking good?

Looks really strong on paper .
Have a question, is the 3-5-2 supposed to have 2 big hitters upfront or can it also have One big hitter-One budget striker and five big hitting midfielders , instead of Zaha ?

I think a nice template is 2 premium defenders, 3 premium midfielders, and 2 premium strikers

      • 9 Years

      Absolutely love this btw
Those 3 defenders even, crazy how you squeezed Browning and the keepers to get that extra premium defender.
Still some way off being able to do that.

Yeah I was playing around a lot to fit in a SOU defender, and having Amat as a good fixture option as well is perfect. Things worked out well, but it was a fairly heavy hit. Probably worth it in the long run.

When is the last time United started their strongest XI? They start people that should be on the bench every game and sit those who should be on the field.

Any United fans here care to comment on my opinion? I haven't followed extremely closely, but that's my interpretation.

        Hi
As a united fan, I don't think Jose knows his best eleven yet .
Carrick s injury forced him into Lingard today .
And he is stubborn in not dropping Rashford if needed , having a crazy dip suddenly.

Also for shaw, Mkhitariyan not starting, he must have his reasons..whether it has worked out or not is a different story .
Darmian , Rojo and jones have been very decent since coming back so there s not much there to argue for now , Jose wants to give them time when the first choice defence are out of form like shaw/Blind or injured.
He still see s this as a long term project claiming he needs more transfer windows to completely rehaul . He is known for such things , so I might just say he is still judging who can play well under him. One out of Rojo or jones def looks like they can be a Mou player for example , not sure if both will survive though .

Jose is doing nothing amazing for now but is keeping the weeks ticking , hopeful to see real dominating results only after January or next season if it takes.

Coutinho likes to have a go even if it is at distance which means the ball doesn't get as far forward for Firmino. He sees more of the ball when Coutinho doesn't attempt his, often spectacular, longer range efforts. Have I explained that well? Seems a bit waffley
