Dugout Discussion – Leicester City vs Man City

Gameweek 15 rolls on with the tea-time kick-off at the King Power Stadium, as champions Leicester City host Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Both of these sides are in decline as a source of Fantasy talent, with the Foxes failing to attract interest all season with both Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy unable to live up to the inflated prices following last season’s triumphs.

As for City, the capitulation of Sergio Aguero last weekend has certainly reduced our level of investment. However, Kelechi Iheanacho is again given the opportunity to deputise in the Argentine’s absence – he starts today having been drafted in by more than 210,000 Fantasy Premier League managers ahead of this morning’s deadline.

Elsewhere for City, there are further teamsheet surprises from Guardiola, who keeps both Raheem Sterling and Yaya Toure on the bench, with Ilkay Gundogan retaining a starting role.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

            You could be right for all his faults he kept the defenders in front of him aware of what they had to do. Bravo just doesn't do anything worthwhile

        Yeah right! In the past four years the first 3 teams has always been: Barca, Real, Athletico. There is no competition above that teams, as it is in the EPL, so even if you lose there a game with one of the contenders, you can always win the league, because the rest of the teams are weaker.

    hehehe 🙂 Guardiola - EPL it's not the same league as in Spain or Germany where he was manager of best teams in the country and there was only one-two teams which could makes the problem to win leagues 🙂

        I knew it, now that Leicester are able to put the CL aside for a while they can focus on the PL and i also knew that Pep was going to lose it in the christmas period.

        Now i'm kind of glad that i've kept Fuchs(although i put him third on the bench) but i don't feel so good about getting Kelechi last night.
