With a break in our open to all Fantasy Premier League cup competition during the midweek fixtures, we spend some time this evening to see who has made it through to fifth round, which takes place during Gameweek 17 this coming weekend.

A reminder that, for this latest contest, there are more than £1,000 worth of prizes for UK based entrants courtesy of our partner FanDuel, as well as £350 in Amazon vouchers to the top three managers at the end of the competition.

In addition the highest scoring manager each round wins a £30 FanDuel credit, with community regular Moin earning this prize after his 65 point Gameweek 15 haul. He next faces msq22 in round five.

The next four highest scoring managers in round four win a £10 FanDuel credit. These will be handed out to Pinky Unites, who scored 63, DJDave1979, who scored 61 along with twobitgooner, and BC1, Bashvilla, Hagop, who all hit the 60 point mark.

The highest placed manager left in the competition is 216 ranked Bacuna Matata, who along with Pink Unites, won a £30 FanDuel voucher for the top highest score back in the third round.

The unfortunate manager to face this early frontrunner to win the competition is lowlifegimpe, who is ranked 337,555.

In a closely fought contest, our only remaining Fantasy Football Scout staff representative, TorresMagic, has made it through to round five, after squeezing past Zambhino10 by just a single point.

The moderator has another tough encounter in store when he takes on Smooth Rossi, who at 6,687 in the overall rankings is more than 7,000 places above him.

Other eye catching ties taking place in round five include Funkyav’s clash with Big Phil Soccer Team and Cobberlsnz taking on Bash Villa, who incidentally sent me packing back in the first round.

The fourth round results can be found via this link, while the full fifth round draw can be found here.

Good luck to those still involved and if you would like more information on the schedule and prizes click this link.

Obviously a chance given he's poor performances out wide and Origi's press isn't as effective. I think it will stay the same but Firmino false 9 with Origi LW could be an option.

There's a chance. Although Origi has been scoring when he's playing as a 9, we haven't won the last 2 and Firmino has been poor out wide

Teams I'm worried about this week

Spurs attacking and defensive cover v Hull and Burnley at home.
Chelsea attacking and defensive cover v Sunderland and Palace away.
Man City attacking cover v Watford at home.
West Ham attacking cover v Burnley and Hull at home.
West Brom defensive cover v Swansea at home.

I'm only covering 3 of 5 of these, but I guess you can't have them all if you have Arsenal players also.

it's more about his position, playing LW doesn't suit him. He has dropped off since his injury too, possibly carrying an injury but I believe it's more down to his position

Until he's false 9 again it's difficult to justify having him

Many theories on here suffer from the statistical problem of insufficient sample size. Remember when it was thought that Firmino scores less well when Coutinho plays? Now the opposite is the received wisdom

He will, but it's a bit different than before with Coutinho out the side. He visible looks sharper and more interested when he has Coutinho in the side. Maybe the link up play in the final third is improved where as Origi is playing a little more selfishly.

You're one for stats, but even if you're not, he's clearly had a drop off in attempts and involvement.

It's impossible for him to be in the front three of that team and to stay out of the points altogether.

How do those stats breakdown individually? Surely most of them are down to Mane's performance?

He's not passing the eyeball test for me at the minute and that's the biggest worry. He even looks tired.

Whats your plan for when City play Hull?
Who will be the player to have if you cant get or aren't interested in Nacho?

I wouldn;t hold off personally. Why do you need to hold? Any thing I can help with?

Because I cannot decide between Origi, Llorente or Carroll.

Would love to hear big Andy starts tomorrow but I have doubts.
Llorente best for price but away to West Brom and I have Evans.
Origi doesn't save me money at 6.7 and don't feel it for Liverpool at the moment with Coutinho out.

          I'd go Llorente personally

Any particular reason? Have Siggy already and feel 2 Swansea a bit much.

Lovren to Brunt? He's on set pieces and corners. I'm considering it for a hit.

    Pickford Grant
    Lovren Pieters Holebas Amat McAuley
    Sanchez Firmino Hazard Siggy Capoue
    Kane Austin Defoe

Help please, get rid of Austin for Bentekke or play 3-5-2 and upgrade Capoue. 2m ITB

McAuley. Best odds for a CS + good attacking threat.
