Gameweek 18 rolls on this evening as Liverpool welcome Stoke to Anfield in a 5.15pm kick-off.

Owned by over 21% of Fantasy Premier League managers, Sadio Mane’s home form suggests he’s the man most likely to wreak havoc against the Potters – the Senegal international has scored or assisted in six of seven Anfield appearances since arriving from Southampton over the summer.

Divock Origi, with goals in all but one of the last five Gameweeks, retains his starting berth, with Jurgen Klopp set to unleash Daniel Sturridge from the bench once again.

Roberto Firmino also keeps his place as he attempts to end a run of six straight blanks.

For the Potters, Joe Allen is the form player – he’s bagged a goal and assist in the last three Gameweeks as he prepares to face his former club for the first time since moving to the bet365.

Between the posts, Lee Grant has produced at least one save point in each of the last four and should be kept busy again as the hosts look for the win that would see them leapfrog Man City into second.

    I realy don't see the point in prices being locked!
    Why should people have 7 days to figure out costa & aguero are now available?

        Probably dont want to lose him unless Coutinho proves something upon return. If I can find a way for Zaha to Lallana I will probably do that.

    Slightly crazy but thinking of moving on Alonso after Stoke, fixtures are turning and for all this supposed attacking potential he hasn't produced. I've never been big on expensive defenders and I can see some value deep down in the basement barrel.

        I still think he's a good option, just a bit overrated attacking wise and has just 3 bonus points in total, I think he's interchangeable.

          I guess if you only got at 6.2 I can see the thinking in swapping out.

          I may do something similar with losing Costa/Eriksen for Zaha/Aguero next week, with no value tied up in Costa.

      I got him for 6.3 & im keeping.
      If he keeps shooting at goal then one is bound to go in eventualy.
      Plus i also think chelsea are going to get more CS. Not as many in the 1st half of the season.
      I wouldn't recommend doubling up like some people on here are thinking about.
      The time for that was 5/6 weeks ago but alonso is a season keeper

    If Pickford hadn't gotten hurt I would have saved my FT and then wild carded, instead I am about to embark on consecutive -8s. So bizarre that my cheapeast starter has that much impact.

    Would love to get Mkhitaryan in but don't see any reasonable way to do so. Any ideas? Also, assuming that Origi might be losing his spot to Sturridge here in the next couple of weeks since he is coming back, so will need a plan for him too. And the biggest part is probably the conundrum of if Big Sam can't convince Zaha to stay. Perhaps bring in Philips? What options do I have for both? Considering shipping Alexis for Ozil if Giroud ends up starting as their striker but can;t do anything now until we've seen it for a couple game weeks atleast.

          Yep I think stats aren't worth it when west brom play a big team away. I've heard it said Chadli stats are usually bad regardless of how well he does. I don't know if that's still the case.

        The way I've followed it is
        They buy him, he plays, he does well.
        He gets injured. They do well without him.
        Pulis doesn't change a winning side but says he'd like to fit him back in if he could.
        They lose. He's back in next game.
        He gets reduced minutes though. Always did at Spurs too though. Just one of those players ala Pedro.
