Overthinking? It’s what we do – don’t dare ask us to stop.

Particularly now that our heads are swimming with thoughts of blank and double Gameweeks. All those variables, all that planning and strategising: we’re in our element.

Once again, thanks to another bout of community questions, Jonty and Andy join me for another ScoutCast dominated by chatter surrounding our tactics and transfers approaching the missing fixtures.

We break off to nominate the new Premier League whipping boys, while we ponder whether to proclaim Sigurdsson as “essential”, revisit Coleman vs Baines and assess whether the blanks are reason enough to be rid of Alexis Sanchez.

For my money, that’s one decision that requires very little thinking.

        I'd prioritise jones out ahead of mcauley. Mac will play both bgw, jones will likely play neither and could be rested. Downgrade for funds, yoshida or holgate (risky, but could play gw28) perhaps? I'd be more tempted to do gray>tekkers I think than Stan out

        No funds for Tekkers.
        Stan has bad fixtures in next 4.
        Also, Zaha had as many attempts on goal as Tekkers last match, was unlucky as he hit the post twice.

            Don't take him out for a hit either hope he plays or Evans does, if they are both ruled out I'd take a hit for ake as Daniels has a fixture gw28 and ake unlikely to play again this season.

          The only thing that made sense was Mark saying maybe everyone is getting their balls in a GW 28 knot. Especially when he talked about Sterling and how he now can't be mentioned in any differential article due to the blank.

            That's true. I thought what they said about only getting blank-proof players who you would get normally was spot on. No point ripping your team up for a 2 point player.

            It's a shame we did get a definitive answer on what they were doing with Sanchez GW26 to 28, though.
