With 13 days remaining until domestic action resumes, we thought we’d remind you of the two Fantasy Football Scout cups that are still open to enter.

As mentioned last week, we have launched our 14th open-to-all tournament, along with a tenth Members competition.

We are offering up £350 in Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk vouchers for the final top three managers in both tournaments.

Non-members can sign up to the open tournament here.

Our members can sign up to both tournaments, via entry forms here and here.

Timetable

The qualifying round for both Cups was Gameweek 29, with the first round running in Gameweek 30.

It’s not too late to get involved, though, if you haven’t done so already.

Fantasy managers can enter their teams from now right up to 10.30am on Monday March 27 – ie, a week today – when we’ll stop entry and make the first round draws shortly after.

The first round will consist of 512 teams and, as usual, all the previous winners who enter will gain a bye into the first round draw, where they will join the top scorers from Gameweek 29.

Previous winners must enter with the same usernames to gain their bye.

Both these cup competitions will be played out according to the following Gameweek schedule:

FFS Cups Round Dates
Qualifying – Gameweek 29
Round 1 – 512 teams – Gameweek 30
Round 2 – 256 teams – Gameweek 31
Round 3 – 128 teams – Gameweek 32
Round 4 – 64 teams – Gameweek 33
Round 5 – 32 teams – Gameweek 34
Round 6 – 16 teams – Gameweek 35
Quarter-Final – 8 teams – Gameweek 36
Semi-Finals – 4 teams – Gameweek 37
Final and third place play-off – 2 teams – Gameweek 38

When are the fixtures released?
The fixture list for each round will be published a day or two before each Gameweek deadline. The first round draw will be made and published shortly after March 27.

Prizes

Overall prizes

1st Place: £200 Amazon voucher
2nd Place: £100 Voucher
3rd Place: £50 Voucher

Entry Details

After entering the cups via the links above, you will be sent a confirmation email to verify your entry.

You’ll also be asked to confirm your FPL team id at the point of entry – please be sure to click the link to verify that your team is correct before confirming. If you FPL team is incorrectly entered, we cannot amend this at a later date.

Your FPL Id is your unique Id for your FPL team. This is found via your Gameweek History page – the link to which is found in the right hand menu under your FPL team strip. When you visit your Gameweek History you will see a number in the URL (as opposed to the XXX below).

https://fantasy.premierleague.com/a/entry/XXX/history

Place this 1-7 digit number or your Gameweek History URL in the FPL id field on the entry form.

You entry is only confirmed once you have confirmed your FPL team Id as part of the process.

To check that you’re entered correctly, please scan the list of current entries.

We ask you to supply a FFScout username so we can feature you, as a member of our community, in any articles associated with the tournament. Ideally, you will already have a username with us but this is not essential to enter. You must, however, supply a username for the purpose of the tournament so you can be identified in articles.

You must not change this username throughout the course of the tournament. Should you do so without permission, or should you enter multiple teams or if your FFS account comes under moderation for any reason, we reserve the right to remove you from a tournament.

trying to plan a bit : Which dgw would you play your benchboost if no wildcard left ?

GW 34 : Ibra, Valencia, Chambers, Hennesey ( Not captaining Ibra )

35/36 : Walcott, Yoshida, Gabbiadini, Ospina (If cech is injured if not a single gameweek player )

37 : Gabbiadini, Pickford, Kone, De roon

Probably best you working transfers in steadily to make GW37 your BB. Gives you more time to build up some more decent DGW players.

    Interesting one:

    A) Sanchez, llorente, FunesMori

    B) Eriksen, Costa, David Luiz

Maybe be worth waiting until closer to DGW34 before bringing one in, all look fairly horrible or injury prone at the moment.

Hmm... Sane or Sanchez out for Alli?

Also have Llorente stinking up the place but might bench next week.

Alli in early? and for whom? Not sure what Sanch is at

Mane also there but slightly more content with him... for some reason 😐

No to Alli in early, wait till after int. break. If Sanchez is fit do Sané to Alli, if not then Sanch out with an eye to get him back in soon.

He is to play in Bolivia on Tuesday and the Arsenal game is 4pm Sunday. So once he doesn't pick up a knock I'm very happy to captaining him.

I could afford Costa but am going with Vardy and giving him the arm band. I may however get Hazard in with my other transfer (if fit) to balance things out. Costa could do well but with Palace tightening up at the back in recent weeks, it could be more of a test for Chelsea than anticipated.

Are people just buying DGW34 players from now until then? Or are we planning to WC in 34 and planning transfers after that with a view to BB37?

Sticking with the WC 36, BB 37 plan.

Rewards DGW34 I'm just looking at definitely getting Valencia + Ibra then Valdes/Chambers and maybe another player. Wont be focusing transfers on it just yet.

Valencia and Ibra are the only ones I have transfer plans for atm.

I already have DeRoon and Barragan, so keeping them.

May take a punt on Zaha, but not until much closer to GW34.

Currently on the WC36, BB37 train.

For the DGW absolutely but I think shifting Coutinho will be my main concern this GW.

Baines -> Valencia will still be an easy move closer to the DGW.

Here's a thought. What about bench boosting in 34 and wildcarding 37.
Bench could be mid and Palace players in 34 and then could get all the big guns in 37 and have a dirt cheap bench

It's not as if he's essential to them right now either with his lacklustre form. If Henderson is back, I can't see Cout playing more than 20 mins at most. Lallana more advanced

With it being Everton I expect him to start but the fact he gets subbed early w/o this hassle too learns to having to shift him.

I have a wack triple mid Pool setup (Coutinho, Firmino, Can).

        Planning on Couts > Eriksen

Then cross my fingers Firm makes it for the derby. Paraguay vs Brazil game so late in the week is a worry

Undecided, i may do, nice run of fixture coming up, will monitor how much he plays over the IB and wait for pre match presser before making a decision, i may even bench him for 1 week as he should be fresh for Bournemouth and that is a plumb fixture. Am tempted to take a punt on Mahrez though if Sanchez and Hazard are still struggling with their fitness. Plenty of time to mull it over.

Valencia plays for Ecuador on Tues 28th v Columbia. WBA game Sat 1 April. So I think if not injured should be OK to play v WBA. But should hold off bringing in until following game or go for it?

Do you think I can survive one more DGW without Spurs players?

Burnley away is pretty tough fixture.

With over 1700 contestants it's weird FFS didn't do it a week earlier and have 1024 spots... I know obviously they wanted to do it over the international break but surely it would've been more fun with at least the majority of the community involved

I agree, strange to have so many cut out by qualifying. Having both cups start at the same time is a bit odd as well imo.

Another round of more work and a much lower score needed.
79 would be like 73 like the Members Cup.

      Wildcard active.

I can't see how a WC36 / BB37 is going to yield more points than clearing out my Swansea/Everton/WBA junk now as well as Sanchez (maybe) and Aguero (definitely) to set up a team that can do well over the last 6.

As has been pointed out, it should be pretty easy to field lots of DGW players in 37 without having to WC immediately before.

DGW37 looks a non-event. Don't want any Palace, maybe a cheap MID defender at a push, and getting Valencia now and Ibra with an FT later should be plenty.

Fair play. As mentioned by Hutton, depends on your team. My team wasn't exactly ruined but I saw probably about 9 players I could change so might as well get the WC out now

I used mine last week and changed 10 out of my 15 players. Scored 27 points more than I would have if I didn't wildcard, so I have already seen some benefit. I have 11 players for GW37 in my team so am pretty well set up for that. For DGW34, I have Valencia, will bring in Ibra and maybe Zaha and a cheap boro defender, not interested in anyone else. Happy enough with how it is working out. Injuries could mess things up, but injuries could happen in GW36 too. good luck mate.

Yes. I've had de Roon for ages but switching to more of a fluid 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 now depending on the week

I know it's 'just' De Roon we are talking about here but if i owned him I'd be really tempted to keep and assess for a couple of weeks to see how he/Borough do under their new manager. The fixtures in the DGW are decent and he could nick a goal.

It's true but I'm on WC now so need to do it now really. Ward-Prowse will have 2 doubles although the fixtures aren't as good. He whips a good ball in though and for me, he has much greater points potential.

No doubt I would keep de Roon if I wasn't on wildcard though
