After the first four fixtures of Gameweek 31 treated us to just seven goals last night, hopes are a little higher for the remaining six matches.

Many Fantasy managers will be keeping a keen eye on the Emirates as Alexis Sanchez looks to punish West Ham once again.

The Chilean is the third most-captained player this time around, having served up 23 points against the Hammers back in Gameweek 14.

Dele Alli – the most popular midfielder in FPL – and Spurs team-mate Christian Eriksen also have the opportunity to deliver a big profit as they travel to a Swansea City outfit that boasts the worst home defensive record in the top-flight.

Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough are also in action this evening, affording us an early scouting opportunity as both gear up for a double Gameweek 34.

Christian Benteke and Wilfried Zaha roll up to St Mary’s looking to build on their goal and assist apiece away to Chelsea, with Sam Allardyce’s men seeking a fifth straight victory.

‘Boro face a tough task away to Hull, though. The Tigers are a tough nut to crack at home under Marco Silva, with six wins and a draw in seven in front of their own supporters across all competitions. Notably, the Teessiders appear to have opted for a front two for tonight’s clash.

Chelsea and Man City square up at the Bridge in one of two 8pm encounters.

Diego Costa is the second most-captained player for the Gameweek – over 10% are backing the Spain international despite a run of two goals in seven. Meanwhile, for the visitors, Sergio Aguero has persuaded 8% to take an armband punt on the back of three strikes in four.

Liverpool seek to gain revenge on their 4-3 capitulation at the Vitality Stadium earlier in the season as Bournemouth make their way to Anfield. With Sadio Mane sidelined, Philippe Coutinho – the top transfer target for Gameweek 31 – and Roberto Firmino carry the main threat to a defence that’s been breached 31 times already on their travels.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    What do people think of Siggy + Llorente out for Origi + Sane (for a hit)

    I am quite done with Swansea as a team in general, no pool nor city cover at the moment either

      Or would Pedro out for Sane be a better choice, considering Swansea face Bournemouth?

      a) Siggy + Llorente -> Origi + Sane (-4)
      b) Siggy -> Sane
      c) Pedro -> Sane
      d) Siggy -> Cout
      e) Pedro -> Cout

    Hi Guys

    What to do with this lot?

    1 FT and 0.8 ITB

    Heaton

    Alonso, Bertrand, Valencia,

    Antonio, Alli, Siggy, Sanchez, de Roon

    Ibra, Llorente, Lukaku

    Subs: Foster, de Roon, Lovren, Amat

  3. L'Aeroplanino

    What would you do with this lot? The big question obviously is whether to keep Vardy or not.

    Heaton
    Alonso Baines Brunt
    Sanchez Alli Eriksen SIGGY Zaha
    VARDY Kaku

    Grant LLORENTE Robertson Amat
    1ft 1.2 itb

    Kun may be a bit out of reach (or is it), so:

    a. Llorente -> Origi (bench zaha)
    b. Llorente + Siggy -> Origi + Sane (-4)
    c. Vardy + Alonso/Baines -> Ibra + Bavies (-4)
    d. Vardy + Brunt -> Ibra + Barragan (-4)

    e. others (Hazard, Cout, Andy Caroll...)

    Wildcard at GW35 probably so not in a rush for DGW37 players.

    Cheers

          dude, my comment on the previous page got bottomed but I got the same dilemma as you wrt Llorente/Siggy (Keep or not)

          For now, as the prices have already dropped/risen I think we should save the transfer.

          I have Pedro on my team though, do you think he is worth shipping for Cout/Sane/Firm/Anyone else

            I can only sell Pedro at 7.1 & I have 1.4 ITB so that's a cap of 8.5

    Looking at the relegation battle, if SWA beat WHU at the weekend they will be in real danger of going down!
    SUN & MID look dead and buried.
    One of SWA/HUL to survive and the hammers to get relegated?

    1. Pierce34

      My money would still be on one of Swansea, Hull or Crystal Palace to get relegated.

        Agree but didnt think that WHU were so involved. It is possible that both Swansea and Hull find enough with the fixtures that they have! Perhaps Palace and West Ham to fight it out towards the end?

    Hi folks. Thoughts on this team?

    ----------- Heaton
    -- Valencia Yoshida Alonso
    Sanchez Alli Siggy Tadic Zaha
    -------- Ibra -- Lukaku

    Randolph - Barnes PVA Maguire

    1 ft, 2 million itb

    I have just the TC chip remaining and am trying to claw back a 50-point gap to money league leader who has his BB and AOA left and another has all their chips left so this week I want to nail my transfer.

    Was considering Gibson in for PVA but that Boro performance last night has put me off him.

    Thinking now to get a Spurs defender in. Spend big on Walker or go for Vertonghen or Toby instead?

    Thanks in advance.

      Deffinitely keep PVA for the double GW if you're chasing points. Check which Spurs defenders your rivals have and pick the ones they don't own. Walker and Toby are the best in my opinion.

        PVA is just frustrating me now with his injury. I suppose keeping him until the Burnley match would be wise but who should I drop to get a Spurs def in?

          When is he due back? You've got to find ways of making up points quickly and differentials like PVA are perfect. Loves attacking, Palace much better at the back recently, has a DGW. I'd get bring in Toby or Walker for Alonso if I was 50 behind. Risky move but you've got to take chances at the back end of the season.

            If he misses the Arsenal match, PVA should be back for the Leicester home match. I'm loathe to sell Alonso but yeah I need some differentials who can help me make up the points. 3 rivals around me have Walker, so I guess Alonso ➡ Toby for free this week?

    Walkers - Bailly - Alonso
    Alli - Sanchez - Zaha - King - Mahrez
    Lukaku - Costa

    Mannone, Llorente, Robertson, Brunt
    1FT, 0 ITB

    A) Mahrez -> Sane
    B) Costa and Llorente -> Ibra and fodder (-4)

    Zaha In King OUT, is the obvious FT for me this week looking at the next three GWs. Zaha has an extra fixture and 3/4 home games:

    What to do with this? Planning to WC GW 35/36, 1 FT, 2.7 in bank

    Foster
    Valencia Alonso Pieters
    Sanchez Alli Coutinho Siggy
    Lukaku Defoe Origi

    Pickford Maguire Capoue Chambers

    A) Save

      Might've missed the Vardy train like I have already, now may be too late not to mention pricey to get him in.

      Shipping out Cout doesn't look good too, if you have him you should hold.

    Pickford / Heaton

    Valencia / Alonso / Bertrand / Holgate / Amat

    Sanchez / Alli / Pedro / Siggy / King

    Ibra / Kaku / Llorente

    I have 1.4M ITB, team is currently leaking value all over and I am desperate to make moves which will halt that in lieu of my using of WC in GW 36.

    Options I have considered:
    a) Llorente -> Origi (Play over King)

          Yeah, looks like that... Maybe Wenger is trying to utilise players who are more likely to stay at Arsenal rather than making team dependant on Sanchez.

      I thought Sanchez looked good. Shouldve have an assist or two but his lamea** teammates fluffed the opportunities he gave them

    Chances of King scoring against Chelsea? Chelsea hasn't been able to keep CS lately, although admittedly many of the goals conceded have been down to obvious errors (looking at you Courtois and David Luiz)

      Very unlikely. Chelsea will keep a CS

    Not seeing Negredo mentioned much on here, members should check out his numbers since Agnew took over (29-31)

      I know he's a bit naff at times but he'll have a bit of confidence with a goal tonight and some good fixtures (including dgw34)

    Hey guys I am in a bit of a pickle.

    I was leading my mini league by 120 points and now it's down to 26.

    I am trying to hold off wildcarding but I am sick of losing my lead week after week,

    Do I need to wildcard or are there any obvious changes?

    My team is:

    Heaton

    Walker Alonso Valencia

    Firmino Ali Siggy Sanchez

    Ibra Origi Lukaku

    Bench ( Jaku, Fletcher, Fabio, Amat )
