West Ham’s Michail Antonio has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a hamstring injury. Southampton frontman Manolo Gabbiadini is expected to return for the visit of Manchester City, but Joe Allen will miss Stoke City’s home fixture against Hull City with a hamstring problem.

Mauricio Pochettino will have Victor Wanyama available for the home clash against Bournemouth, with the midfielder able to play a full part in training this week following a back problem. Harry Kane is set to be handed a recall after returning from an ankle injury in last weekend’s 4-0 win over Watford.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe isn’t sure whether Dan Gosling will be fit for the trip to White Hart Lane after the midfielder suffered a setback to the knee problem he picked up against Southampton earlier this month. Junior Stanislas remains a minor doubt due to a groin injury, while Tyrone Mings is available again following his five-match ban.

Patrick van Aanholt has been included in the Crystal Palace squad for a home clash with Leicester after returning to training earlier in the week.

Ashley Williams will be available for Everton’s home clash against Burnley after missing the 4-2 win over Leicester City due to suspension.

Clarets boss Sean Dyche will be able to call upon Steven Defour for the trip to Goodison Park, with the Belgian training fully this week after sitting out the goalless draw against Middlesbrough due to a knock. Johann Berg Gudmundsson’s knee injury means he may miss out once again, with the winger likely to need another run-out for the U23’s before making a first-team return.

Joe Allen will miss Stoke City’s home encounter against Hull City following the hamstring injury that forced him off during last weekend’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool. Jonathan Walters has sat out training this week due to a minor knee problem and is a doubt, while Ibrahim Afellay could be sidelined the rest of the season after undergoing knee surgery.

Hull City head coach Marco Silva will welcome back Tom Huddlestone for the trip to the bet365 Stadium following the midfielder’s three-match ban, while Dieumerci Mbokani has returned to full training this week following a hamstring injury and is available for selection. A late decision will be made on Harry Maguire (knee).

Southampton boss Claude Puel has revealed that Steven Davis (ankle) and Manolo Gabbiadini (groin) are likely to return to the squad for the home encounter against Manchester City, but Oriol Romeu remains suspended.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to St Mary’s, with Bacary Sagna, Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus all still out.

Michail Antonio and Mark Noble will miss West Ham United’s trip to Sunderland. Antonio is out for the rest of the season after suffering a hamstring injury in the 1-0 win over Swansea City, while Noble is suspended following his tenth yellow card of the season against the Swans. Sam Byram and Andy Carroll should be fit, though, while Aaron Cresswell resumed training on Thursday following a knock and could return.

Watford will again the without the suspended Miguel Britos as they welcome Swansea City to Vicarage Road.

Swans midfielder Jack Cork has been ruled out of the trip to Watford after suffering a sprained ankle in the 1-0 defeat to West Ham last weekend. Fernando Llorente could be handed a recall at Vicarage Road after getting 45 minutes under his belt against the Hammers following an ankle injury.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis revealed that “one or two” players will be assessed today ahead of the home fixture against Liverpool, with the final decisions on the matchday squad to be made tomorrow.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will again be without the injured Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson for the trip to The Hawthorns. Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino should both be handed starts after coming off the bench to inspire the Reds to a 2-1 win at Stoke last time out.

Arsene Wenger remains without David Ospina and Lucas Perez for the trip to Middlesbrough, but Petr Cech could be back in the squad after missing the last three matches with a calf injury. Laurent Koscielny is set to return to training today following an Achilles problem and, if he comes through unscathed, might also be in contention to face Boro. The Arsenal boss reckons that Cech and Koscielny have “an 80% chance” of featuring on Monday night.

On wc, or with 2 FT, I'd sell Valencia, but I have used my FT, and would not sell for a hit. For those without wild cards, this is now a luxury sell or part of a double trade in which cash is created through a downgrade and upgrade elsewhere. Not ready for that yet.

So who of the DGW big hitters for W37 do people think are the ones that need to be sacrificed?. I'm thinking at least one more likely two need to be.. Two from Kane, Ibra, Hazard, Sanchez, Kun

I thought Kun an obvious one not to have and I have tried getting in all the others but it leaves things bare elsewhere. Not happy with the balance. I'm wondering if Ibra is that man? though the alternatives are not exactly plentiful. Gabby is OK, fixtures wise not so great. Gabriel Jesus might be back but could we really put trust in a player only just back from injury under Pep?.. Maybe a single game week player might be the solution after all?.

    1. b✪mber
      • 10 Years
      9 years, 3 months ago

I think Ibra depends largely on MUs situation in both EL and PL. If they are losing ground in 1 of the competitions they'll most likely go all in in the other.

Kun might revert to the bench once Jesus comes back.

Alonso might get an early summer vacation if Chelsea wrap things up early. Same goes probably for Costa, though i don't think Chelsea will be done with it by 37 (with 3 games left).

        9 years, 3 months ago

In other words still up in the air and hard to call lol. Especially for those who've used their WC's, makes things tougher still.. Might just go Gabbi for Ibra in a 3-5-2 with Kane and beef up the midfield and defence. It's either that or Lukaku coming back in for me. Cheers Bomber

Triple Captain. Thoughts on when to play this?

I'm looking at this GW with Lukaku and Kane. Was initially backing Kane but just seen the Tot are the early KO and don't usually captain in this fixture.

Yes but I'm planning a WC then for 36 and 37. So I have to look at 33, 34 and 38. BB also in 37.

They won 4-0 in the last match which was also the early kick off although I know what you mean. For what it's worth I'm captaining Kane but saving the TC for Sanchez in 36 or maybe a complete punt in 38

38 just doesn't sit right with me. With most things decided by then and players on their holidays or minds on other clubs, and lots of rotation I don't really wanna leave it until then. Got a WC and BB to use so limited to TC in GW 33, 34, 35 or 38.

        1. ebb2sparky
          • 15 Years
          9 years, 3 months ago

Why not WC in 35 and TC In 36. Am I missing something?

Obviously 38 is a huge gamble but could pay off depending on who has something to play for

          1. FredtheRed
            • 11 Years
            9 years, 3 months ago

Well I thought the general consensus was to wildcard after GW 35 before GW36 for both GW36 and 37. Wouldn't be able to use TC and WC in the same GW then I have BB for GW 37. So that leaves me with 33, 34, 35 or GW38 for the TC.

    Sanchez or Kane ?
Good spot by Mosinho on previous pages
    Wenger on sanchez:
"He basically prefers to play wide rather than up front because he can get the ball more."
    source http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football.

Has made my mind up on my biggest transfer decision this season
whether to drop Sanchez and bring in Kane this week for a -8
    I have 3 spurs already walker/alli/son

    Walker/ Sanchez/ Llorente out
    Bailly/ Zaha/ Kane in

if it doesn't work out or wenger sees sense and plays sanchez up front again I'll get sanchez back in again on my wc for gwk35 or 36

      • 16 Years
      9 years, 3 months ago

would you not play wildcard rather than take 8 point hit? Have you still got a wildcard?

Kane definitely looks better for this week... if Sanchez blanks against Boro many will try hold him for the home game v Leicester, at which point he could realistically be on 5x consecutive blanks which is just too many for that price of player

Need help with the order of my bench given the Valencia situation.
    Start Sane or Walcott
    Robertson vs. Bertrand?

    Hennesey
    Robertson, Jagielka, Valencia
    Alli(VC), Eriksen, Zaha, Sane
    Lukaku(C), Ibra, Deeney

    (Jaku, Walcott, Bertrand, Mawson)

    Pickford / Hennessey
    Gibson / PVA / Yoshida / Kone / Pennington
    Hazard / Alli / Sane / Eriksen / Ward-Prowse
    Ibra / Lukaku / Kane
