Gradually weaned off our double fixture helping and returned to normality, the ScoutCast team take time out to pick through the wreckage of Gameweek 34, before we set our sights firmly on what lies ahead.

Wildcards and Bench Boost chips lodged up their end of season sleeves, Jonty, Andy and Luke join me to embrace another round of community questions.

With the rebuilding programme imminent, we take a look at those shot-term punts who can do a job in Gameweek 35, before weighing up single fixture assets who can possibly hold their own amid the forthcoming circus of Gameweek 37.

And, of course, we carry out our weekly appraisal of Alexis Sanchez, as the Chilean hints at a return form just as an irresistable Eden Hazard closes in.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Monday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Which pairing for rest of season:

    A) Cech + Bailly
    B) DDG + Monreal

You'd have to say B if Monreal continues his goal-scoring exploits.

about 50% goal involvement last 6 games for his team, Liverpool has nice fixtures and wants to finish fourth. viable option despite DGW

probably seeing his top now regarding to transfers as people will neglect him when WC next week, i guess. One week punt?

    Heaton (Pickford)
    Gibson Alonso Valencia (Mawson Stephens)
    Sanchez Alli Eriksen Sane Zaha
    Kane Benteke (Anichibe)
    1.7 itb, 2FT, no WC

    A) Alli, Zaha > Hazard, King
    B) Zaha, Benteke > Hazard, Barnes

Transfers for next week (just getting rid of Gibson this week). I like B because I get to keep Alli, but it would require going 4-5-1

    Jaku
    Alonso Valencia Stephens
    Hazard Alli Eriksen Zaha

    Potential wildcard maybe

    Pickford - Cabellero
    Monreal - Stephens - Gabriel - Holgate - Evans

    Suicide?

Evans is one of those spots which is up in the air. Nobody at that value is particularly hot for the DGW's are they?

That's true, defensive fixtures are horrible all round apart from the big hitters.

It's all Neil Taylor's fault - if he hadn't broken Coleman's leg I wouldn't have got Valencia would've had enough time to see de Gea was the only nailed on option!

So aside from DeGea, Darmian, Bailly and Blind, no player throughout Boro, Utd or Palace actually benefitted from the double GW (as in scored decent returns in both games).
Same as GW28. Only City and Stoke defenders benefitted from both games.
