Double Gameweek 37 enters its fifth day of action this evening, serving up two more fixtures to entertain Fantasy managers.

Arsenal welcome Sunderland to the Emirates in the 7.45pm kick-off as Alexis Sanchez looks to add to his goal and assist haul in Saturday’s demolition of Stoke.

Captained by 10.6% of FPL managers, the Chilean is the second most popular armband pick for the Gameweek. As expected, he has shrugged off a leg problem to start against the Black Cats, while fellow weekend scorers Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud are also named in the first XI as Arsene Wenger’s side attempt to keep their hopes of a top-four finish alive.

Man City entertain West Bromwich Albion in the second match of their Double Gameweek at 8pm.

Sergio Aguero returns to the starting XI alongside Gabriel Jesus as Raheem Sterling drops to the bench for the home side. The Argentine produced zero points as a sub at home to Leicester on Saturday, though boasting a 17% ownership, he is City’s most captained player (8.1%) for their pair of fixtures.

The top transfer target for Double Gameweek 37, Jesus rewarded his 217,000+ new owners with an eight-point haul against the Foxes, while Leroy Sane’s 7% backers will be hoping for more of the same after he delivered a season-high 11 points in the weekend win.

For some reason I've always done well second half of season but struggled first. Need to try and sort that next year. Think too many hits are main issue.

"For some reason I've always done well second half of season but struggled first. " Same here. Do you think it pays to very conservative at the start? It just seems every decision I made up to new year was disastrous, and almost every one after was successful. I think I started actually watching highlights which might have helped.

        Many left to play?

I have 7 to go but genuinely not expecting much from them for some reason.

What's your rank now? I know we were very similar at one stage

Rank 800 🙂 will be very pleased to stay there at end of season! Kane Erik Yosh Stephens Gabbi all left to play. Expecting a Gabbi hat trick to nail my top 1k place! How you fairing now? 🙂

Very nice. I really really want a digit finish. I'm 1.3k right now.

It's be horrible to lose that rank but I believe in you 😉

A Gabbiadini brace in a 2-0 would be the highlight of my FPL career 😆

Would be superb if we both finished top 1k, I really do sense Gabbiadini will do something when we least expect it! Koscielney has cost us the last 2 weeks, we would be sitting very pretty now with those! 🙂

        7 left to go.

See, I've gained a few places by having Holding and Monreal as well as the usual suspects today, however will slip back a little after Vert and Albrighton play. Fingers crossed for a Southampton demolition of United for both of us though.

Depends on ranking largely - I only climbed about 300 with Sanchez (c), Jesus, Monreal and Sane. KDB and double Arsenal defence were the differentials, as was pointed out to me earlier.

I owned Koscielny which cost me 12 points over the past 2 weeks. Thought I was being safe going for Koscielny too

There were always doubts on Koscielny's ability to play 4 matches in such quick succession IMO.

Still, my Arsenal defence selection could've also been a lot better - I had Gabriel last week! Had to switch to Monreal for this.

Accidently left captaincy on Jesus rather than shifting to Alexis. 8 points lost but could have been worse I guess. 164 points so far 🙂 But only Kane, Stephens and Gabbiadini to go. Relying on the Southampton duo.

I'd be tempted by Vardy. I think Bournemouth are a good side for Leicester. They keep the ball and are reasonably attack minded with slow centre backs. Perfect for Vardy to get in behind on the counter

      In a word - No.

Clearly a good player and top rated by himself and a couple of others.

Would love your thoughts on this lot. Currently 11k so don't mind taking hit for punts for final GW

If you want differentials Hazard to Firmino (if fit) and King to Willian. Bear in mind I probably wouldn't do this myself 😛

        King > Fab FT
        King > Lallana FT

        Or
        Jesus >> Sturridge
        Hazard >> KDB -4 I'm tempted by

        Thoughts?

I'm not mad on either Fab or Lallana, probably just because I don't usually pick deeper-lying midfielders. The hit could pay off, but for all I know Hazard could start and score so there is a fair amount of risk involved

My last minute Monreal Ndidi to Koscielney T.Carroll may cost me my top 1k place. Only did it as the word on the street was Monreal was a risk and Kos was solid!

Calmer than you are dude!! (Quote from big lebwoski!!!)

In the top 1k dude never been here before. Would be quite amusing if it gets taken from me in the madness that is GW38!!!

It was? I chatted to a lot of people on Arsenal defence and the consensus was that Monreal was a safer pick.

(still didn't prevent me from going Gabriel last week though, which I had to fix this week!)

I guess I just caught the wrong posts at the wrong time! My own decision and unlucky I guess would just be funny if the last second last move on wildcard where I tried to play it safe cost me top 1k cos of a 12 points missed from Kos deciding to only play once a week for the non clean sheet matches!!!!

Yeah I see where you're coming from, my Gabriel pick last week cost me 2 clean sheets and 7 points (luckily I had Brunt and his assist off the bench).

Not my best season in terms of OR but closed down a 107 point lead to 17 points in the past 3 weeks. Have 7 possible players left this week, would be great if Kane explodes since my ML leader doesn't have him.

    Vardy or Sturridge?

Tempted by either as a final day punt to catch my ML leader. Other strikers are Kane & G.Jesus.

Rank who you would rather own for 38

    King
    Fabregas
    Pedro
    Hazard

      Pedro
      Fabregas
      King
      Hazard

I think most would say Fabregas but I just have a feeling Pedro will start and he's capable of an explosive return.
