Lowe is offensive minded and gets forward quite a bit, so he has that going for him too

No we don't, they estimated 2 weeks but you never know. He should at the very latest be back for GW 4, ideally for 3.
They both look good. It's a difficult decision so I'll leave it to you. I will be bringing Mkhi in and downgrading my 4th mid to rotate RLC and Carroll (number one on the FFS Hall of Fame is doing it) Ritchie to Atsu could work. It depends on if you trust your defence enough.
