Through the first two months of the season, no side has scored more frequently than Manchester City.

In their second season under Pep Guardiola’s tutelage, City have averaged more than three goals per match to open this campaign and already look to be mounting the strongest title challenge on show.

With Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus as options in attack, we are blessed with two obvious routes to investment. However, reading Pep Guardiola’s intentions with the pair remains a test, made all the more difficult by the news of Aguero’s return to light training following his rib injury.

Just as Gabriel Jesus seemed cemented in the central attacking role, suddenly Aguero’s return seems more imminent, casting further doubts on the likely minutes of the pair over forthcoming Gameweeks.

So, instead, our attentions are drawn to City’s midfield in an effort to achieve coverage of this potent attacking unit while we wait for the striker situation to resolve.

In this article, we’ll be running the rule over three mid-priced Manchester City midfield options – David Silva, Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling – alongside the more expensive Kevin De Bruyne, in an effort to ascertain where best to seek value from this side over the coming Gameweeks.

Appreciating talent is not being a fan boy. Fanboying is when you worship someone and center your life around them, to the point that your username on a public forum is based on said person

      Why do people do this?
I like player A but not player B
So therefore anyone who likes player B is a "fan boy"
But my liking of player A is different. I'm not a player A fan boy, I'm just a fan

The only reason I started doing Fantasy Champions League this year was in order to have Messi in my team.

I then proceeded to have Ronaldo, Neymar and Jesus as my 3 forwards 😀

        B. Just stick it on Kaku
        C. Leave it on Jesus

              100%

First rule of captaincy is no reasonable doubt whether the player will start. Jesus with 180 minutes and jet lag coming up with the CL midweek? No thanks.
