Restored to a five-strong squad, this week’s ScoutCast is still resonating from the shock of Man City’s seven-slice goal pie, served up by Pep at the expense of Stoke City.

That avalanche of goals and points fell into the laps of two of the ScoutCast crew, as Jonty and Andy bask in their post-Pep Wildcard success.

Others weren’t so fortunate, as we tell the tale of an unfortunate 11-point refresh and Az’s 32-point Gameweek misery that has since sparked his own Wildcard activity.

City dominate the community questions driving this 90-minute episode, while we also revisit the Harry Kane debate, fuelled by his latest Wembley misfire.

      I was considering selling Kane all week but finally decided against it. Think Kane is ready to troll sellers by finally scoring at Wembley - against a top 6 side, having blanked against Newcastle, Bournemouth, Swansea. Sounds like the perfect FPL script.

    Have a defence of -

    Naughton - Jones* - Davies* - Lowe* - Mbemba*

    And 0 FT.. What would you do?

    Leave it in the hope that 2 of Jones/Davies/Lowe play? Take a hit to get 1 more certain starter in, which might be wasted if both Jones and Davies start?

    Worst case scenario I could end up with only Naughton as a fit starting defender!

      The press conferences will be your friend today. I'd be reluctant to take a hit for a defender but if there are players ruled out a defensive hit would (in theory) only be a -2 (assuming they don't lose plenty goals)

          Yeah might still bring him in. Looking at the underlying stats he is in fact doing better this year than compared to last year and with that fixture run should make for good amount points. But the xg and xa stats are worse compared to last year

      Difficult one, I have miki and want to swap to Sterling myself.

      Difficulty is Salah I see as more of a threat than Miki i makes your dilemma harder.

      Thinking further ahead, Salah has some great fixtures coming up after this GW and for that reason I would stick for the time being. I would suggest trying another route to get Sterling into your team if you can. He is a real threat and looks more nailed on than first thought, playing the full 90 most of this season.

    Alonso, Cedric and Choupo have been big disappointments so far, and I'm not too keen on Vardy after seeing Leicester play vs WBA.

    Is Moreno a genuine option?
    Liverpool's defence is a shambles granted, but he appears firmly first choice, is 4.5m and (from GW10 onwards) has great fixtures.
    There's always the potential for attaching returns too with Klopp pushing his full backs high up the pitch

    Surely we can't captain Jesus this weekend.

    Firstly, I don't see him finishing the game, coming off after about 60/70 mins. Secondly, Aguero is lurking in the shadows and before he was injured he was the sole prem striker with Jesus playing mid week. Thirdly, I think when we see Burnely on the fixture list we all assume they are going to get rolled over, but in reality they never do.

    I won't be giving him the armband, its goig straight on Kane to break his duck against liverpool.

    I have firmino and vardy in my squad and whole week i was planing to swap one of them for morata (if fit), which one should i sell ? which is more likely to score this GW? waiting for opinions.
