Pep sunk his teeth into our Gameweeks, while an old moggy took a chunk out of my partner’s arm, depriving me of my appearance on this week’s ScoutCast. I’m not sure which was more painful.

At the mercy of the local A&E, Jonty, Andy and Az became my other emergency service as they stepped up on this latest episode.

Inevitably, Guardiola’s Man City teamsheet dominates your questions and the ensuing chatter. Elsewhere the boys re-appraise Kane after his Wembley haul, revisit Liverpool with their fixtures about to swing and consider whether the heavy-hitting midfielders are poised for a renaissance ahead of Gameweek 10.

As far as I know, I’ve edited out all the “pussy” jokes.

Quite amazed how many people are getting rid of Sterling...but buying or keeping Aguero.

Of course Sterling wont start every game but he is good value for money. And I still think he will start most games.

      But Pep loves Jesus too, who sometimes plays on the wing. He only withdrew him at 60 mins in the games where the win was wrapped up. And Sane is just a better player than Sterling.
      
      He has three spots up front and 4 players in Aguero, Jesus, Sterling and Sane. If one of them becomes less nailed than the other three, it will give us all peace. If all 4 keep getting rotated equally, Aguero and Jesus are just too expensive imo.

        In my last 3 seasons I finished 1st, 3rd and now currently 1st. We will see . The difference is that I watch the games of players I’m interested in. Richarlison ok has good stats but his finishes are not accurate. Look at Firmino for example... his stats show more than he actually does ! I watch him play ...what does threat count for if his finishes are mostly inaccurate.

  Not convinced. Don't get a player just for cover. I'd rather have two players from a form team than shoehorn one in just because. Firmino plays too deep, and his role is to bring players with more end product into play. He is reverse OOP which is never good. Upgrade to someone like Morata or downgrade to Abraham and upgrade a mid to Salah or Coutinho.

The captain poll this week just proves that people vote for who they will captain (who they own) rather than the best pick.

No doubt, IMO, that an Arsenal player (probably Sanchez) isn't the best option this week.

    Salah does make sense but how often do you get to captain Kun as a semi-differential?
    
    Would be really annoying with a 10 min cameo but most likely if he doesn't start he will come on when Jesus gets subbed at the 56th minute xD

  Considering Kun (c) Salah (vc). High risk high reward with Kun but if he doesn’t start hopefully he won’t come on at all and should be able to rely on Salah for a goal.

    Kun played 196 mins in 2 games . So what? Most players play 180 mins ( not including injury time) in 2 games. He had 4 days rest. 3 days is ample between games according to Klopp. The minutes mean nada
