In our continued quest to mirror the Fantasy Football season, this latest ScoutCast episode is missing a key player, but shuffles the pack and brings on stars from the bench.

Quivering from the midweek rotation, Jonty and Az begin proceedings before Granville is introduced to add his experience to the line-up. Then, late on, Andy arrives to shore things up and see the team through the final testing period. Me? I’m ruled out and left to watch from the stands.

The ever-changing line-up does a fine job contending with another round of community questions, as they assess the midfield template and consider goalkeeper recruits in the light of Rafa’s tinkerings. Then Granville rolls back to a classic ScoutCast question, lambasting United fan Andy for celebrating a City goal to ask which comes first, your football team or your Fantasy team?

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel earlier on Thursday. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

If you’re a traditional type, you can acquire the mp3 audio version via this link on the first player below, or take in the full visual experience via the second player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Good team. I'd trade pogba for Sterling but you obviously can't afford it. Possible downgrade Daniels but I like him for a couple more weeks at least. Could burn a trade. Difficult with 0ITB. Need to use 2 trades to do anything really

B is pointless until you find out who will be starting regularly and Tammy has 2 decent fixtures so no rush there.

A again is a bit pointless if Christensen starts because they have a good run of games but impossible to call if he starts them all or not. Ota is a safer choice for guaranteed starts.

Brighton are going to try shut up shop from minute one

    4. Guba

      Hard call.
Salah in blistering form and rested, looks probably the more sensible pick.
Kane however does excel more against teams that aren't all playing behind the ball and Watford are more aggressive. Obviously the focal point to Spurs attack too.

    5. calmc92
      • 9 Years
      8 years, 4 months ago

Brighton will defend first and hit on the counter/set pieces but think Liverpool class will show eventually, 0-2 imo.

I think Watford will fancy there chances against spurs but if spurs click they could score 3/4 easily. Been a bit underwhelming lately but I can't see Watford sitting in and defending. Think it could be 1-3 or 2-4.

What's the point of going without a keeper? Changing keeper this week means you can make 2 transfers for (probably) a 2-point hit, and the potential upside is big.

Big Sam has always like a big target man or at least a striker to get the ball up to quickly. Do we think that rooney will be that player for him and he is restored to central striker. Or will he see Calvert Lewin as the big target man or will he realise that he doesn't have anyone like that until he buys in Jan and for the time being he will play Niasse as he is in form
