After a lumbering start to the campaign which saw West Ham mired in the relegation zone after 11 Gameweeks, it appeared only to take a change in defensive personnel and an unlikely Scottish saviour to salvage the club from the brink of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) irrelevance.

Over the last three Gameweeks, the Hammers have now taken an unlikely seven points from a trio of match-ups against Arsenal, Chelsea, and Stoke City. More impressively still, their rearguard has remained impenetrable over this span – racking up three successive clean sheets.

Can David Moyes’ men continue this impressive run of form; or is their recent uptick in results merely a mirage?

This week’s Technical Area will be evaluating West Ham’s prospects for the second half of our campaigns, as we run the rule over their top FPL assets for the remainder of the season.

    Hey guys. Surely transfering out Morata for a hit is not the ideal move? Two great home fixtures after the Everton match, which on paper, isnt a fixture you would feel to bad about him blanking. So what would you recommend?

    A) Don't take a hit and play Quaner

    Austin or Depoitre?

    Don't really understand the love for Austin on here. Pretty bad fixtures and not a sure starter.

        Hmm good point on the rotation with DCL. You reckon I should take Austin over Depoitre as third striker for my lined-up 3-5-2?

        It would mean I only have 0.4M to upgrade Gross. With Depoitre, I'd swap Gross for Richarlison next GW, but that wouldn't be possible with Austin.
