The day’s events end at the Etihad Stadium for an encounter which could decide the fate of the Premier League title.

Manchester City host rivals United requiring a victory and three points to seal the deal.

From a Fantasy perspective, this is a rather bizarre match-up, with modest Gameweek investment in City assets and little expected of our United players.

David Silva was the most popular City target heading into today’s deadline, claiming 74,000 new owners following three goals and three assists in his last four Gameweeks.

Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku goes into this contest with four goals and two assists from his previous six Gameweek starts but having been sold by 146,000 ahead of today’s deadline, the fourth most sold overall. Some 81,000 of those managers swapped for Kane who produced just a single point today.

David De Gea is perhaps the key man for United. He is the third most owned player as part of 44.3% of squads, though he is kept in reserve by 335,000 of his owners today, making him the fourth most benched player in the Gameweek.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    How have GW33 WCers done so far?

    I would be about 2pts down without a WC, but my team is so much better for the run-in, particularly the DGWs

      I'd have had a VvD CS, probably a Baines one off the bench. Still got the Mili goal as kept on WC..
      Probs going to be behind this week, but difficult to assess fully as it allows me to play both TC and BB in DGW's. Otherwise id have been looking at FH34 WC35 BB37 TC38.

          -LIVMCI result (Salah Firmino rotation)
          -Stanislas injury
          -Kane return
          -Kak form v 'big' teams
          -Only 7 BGW35 players after losing Aguero
          -lack of Spurs/Che cover
          -the fact I was on a minus 8
          -the fact my rival was on -4, so I could theoretically make up ground by not hitting
          -a desire to save TC for DGW37 (kinda wish I'd just used BB earlier in the season)

          Lots of reasons...it's not what I really wanted to do ideally, but felt I was fighting against logic for the sake of it not doing it.

          Locked in for BB34 FH35 TC37 now.

            Also, the fact my rival was on an alternate strategy was also a factor (he did FH31, and is still to use WC TC BB despite some issues the past couple of weeks that I'd have expected to force his WC hand by now)

      Toon had something to play for. They are pretty much safe now. Leicester are just hit or miss now. Vardy should be god for. Goal or 3.
