Four nights of Gameweek 34 action begin at the London Stadium where West Ham United host Stoke City with both seeking to earn three points to ease relegation fears.

In truth, a victory for the Hammers tonight would surely seal mid-table safety, though, with a tortuous season run-in ahead of them, a win against the Potters looks vital.

In Fantasy terms, Marko Arnautovic is undoubtedly the key attacking asset on show. He heads into the contest against his former club with nine goals and five assists from his last 14 starts and, despite Chicharito’s equaliser at Chelsea, the Austrian remains the lone striker. Arnautovic scored in the reverse fixture at the bet365 Stadium and fired a brace and 16 points in his last home fixture against Southampton.

Chicharito is kept on the bench, alongside playmaker Manuel Lanzini who makes his return from injury.

Meanwhile, Stoke City’s players are auditioning for bit-part roles in our Gameweek 35 Free Hit squads with Shaqiri and Jack Butland the leading men.

Butland has just a single clean sheet in his last eight starts, though has returned 45 saves and 12 save points over that spell.

As for Shaqiri, his returns have dried up and have been reduced to just a single assist from the last four Gameweeks having struck three in three outings prior to that drought.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

The only thing I can think of is your defensive players conceded goals and your attacking players failed to get any goals and/or assists?

How about 15 players with 14 double game week players and 36 - 4 = 32 net ... OR is 3,144,085 which means not far short of 3 million worse. Sums up 34 for most players so far, grim.

Fairly unclear on whether he's going to give a chance to players who underperformed v WBA a chance v Bou or fringe players.

But saying that I'm praying that Lukaku, Sanchez and Pogba are dropped.

Great front 7 but could have Mili instead of Arnie and upgrade defence. Mariappa, Long, Mustafi could be better - Baines, TAA?
Hennessey good 2ndGK at 4.3,,, Also fancy Lacazette to start so if you need a diff then go for him instead of Firmino or Aubameyang.

Who to get next week (no FH) to partner David Silva, and probably to stay til the end of the season?
    A) Sterling
    B) Sane

Was set on sterling (obviously has scored more goals), but a couple things making me consider Sane:
    Less owned
    Slightly cheaper
I feel like he is less replaceable in the City team (Raheem-BernardoSilva is more likely rotation than Sane being rotated surely?)

Thoughts on who I should get?

    1. DRAFTSNAKE
      • 12 Years
      8 years, 3 months ago

Sterling-- he seems to be involved in all City's work, either crossing, tap-ins from someone else's cross, winning pens, fastest player so always in their counters too. He misses two gimmes every week, imagine missing that one week where he puts them in the net for once! ?

I'm giving the armbrand to one of Sterling and Jesus this week, but have Sane too... The bad with Sane is Pep could play him as a wing back sometimes and this cause some problems, but I agree with you, that Sane is almost irreplaceble in this set-up

I'm not going to risk players that may not start. I expect city to put out close to their strongest available line up because they'll want to celebrate in style. Auba seems nailed so I'll go for him but probably not any other Arsenal. Liverpool- hopefully the line- up is leaked then I'll decide. Arnie and Zaha also might feature.

You could probably say that's a safe line-up. I don't think there's much need to pick many differentials.

Pretty happy 62 (-8) with 15 left to play.

8/10 so far- could easily go wrong if Kane or Lukaku do well though.

      terrible , 45 - 12 , 9 left , which could be 6 if Alonso gets banned and Smalling + Bailly don't play 🙁

Any thoughts on this WC guys? 0 itb. Will watch out for leaked team sheets of course:

    Pickford
    VVD Baines PVA
    Salah KDB Sterling Zaha
    Jesus Auba Firmino

Looks fine. If you don't have a free hit may want to pick team + ensuring your bench includes 37 doublers.

Not sure. After WHU Ars have 3/4 away games. Wouldn't bother with Mustafi personally. Don't know about PVA.

    FH 35 Team?

    Cech
    Baines Mustafi(Komp) Robertson
    Sane(Shaq) Sterling Salah Zaha
    Auba Jesus Firmino

    Bench: Mili, Kiko, Long

I wouldn’t go with Cech or Mustafi imo. Ars defence are pretty poor

Not one mention of Eriksen in that article, but because you're pee'd off with not having him, you think he'll be the one rotated.

He's arguably their most important player after Kane.

He talks about playing moura. Eriksen is needing a rest it's clear. Either Alli or eriksen drop out and Alli the fresher out the two. Son was just rested vs city. Don't know why your being so sensitive.

I don't have Alli or son either.

I think it's you who's the salty eriksen owner. Truth hurts, they say.

Are you on the wind-up? What truth?

Eriksen may be rotated, that's true. But equally it might be Alli, or Wanyama coming in for Dier?

I'm not sure how they players knit together without Eriksen. They don't really have a replacement for him.

Thanks. I'd probably bench Milivoyevic in GW37, but wondering if KdB will be a bit more gung-ho now that the title has been wrapped up. Could be a decent captain option although I'm likely to TC Kane.

I owned KDB from GW25 to 34. Of late he has been playing deep and not really getting into box or shooting. I dont think he justifies his price.

You're right he doesn't, but don't you think his role might change now the league has been won? He doesn't really play with the shackles on but they'll be completely off in the remaining games, surely.

Probably better to get Sané and Sterling as I have Silva too!
