Brighton and Hove Albion entertain Manchester United in the late-afternoon match, with Alexis Sanchez‘s (£10.5m) omission from Jose Mourinho’s match-day squad the headline news.

The United boss confirmed the Chilean midfielder, the ninth-most captained player of Gameweek 2, misses the trip to Brighton through injury.

Romelu Lukaku (£11.0m) gets his first league start of the season, as do Ashley Young (£6.0m) and Anthony Martial (£7.4m). Matteo Darmian (£5.0m) and Marcus Rashford (£7.0m) make way.

Paul Pogba (£8.1m), the fifth-most bought player of Gameweek 2, captains United once more.

The Seagulls’ only two changes from the side that lost to Watford are in the full-back department: Bernardo and the injured Bruno being replaced by Gaetan Bong and debutant Martin Montoya (all £4.5m).

That Dale Stephens (£4.5m) is the most-owned Brighton player in FPL, sitting in 10% of squads, says much about the Fantasy community’s faith in the Seagulls this afternoon. Stephens is also the fifth-most benched player of Gameweek 2: over 84% of his owners have opted against playing the budget midfielder.

Brighton XI: Ryan, Montoya, Dunk, Duffy, Bong, Propper, Stephens, Gross, March, Knockaert, Murray

Manchester United XI: De Gea, Young, Bailly, Lindelof; Shaw, Pereira, Fred, Pogba, Martial, Mata, Lukaku

Bottomed, sorry. Firmino to Ings/Zaha and Van Djik to Alonso? Then Eriksen/Bilva to mane and tomkins to possibly TAA/bandwagon following

Got 2FT's and 0.5£ in the bank. Downgrade King --> Kamara and upgrade Peltier --> Alonso?
Team would look like this and I would play 4-4-2:

    Foster
    Alonso - Mendy - Robertson - Tomkins
    Salah - Richarlison - Mané - Bilva
    Zaha - Aguero

    Patricio/Wan-Bissaka/Cairney/Kamara

How nailed do we think Trippier is? Great wingback but a bit worried about the rotation with Aurier. He should play 4/5 games though?

Need some help in return (do check my posts if needed). Thanks for answering in advance. I didn't see the first half of ManU match today and I will bring Alonso in. Can Mourinho blame Bailly for conceded goals? He looked... ... well himself?!? during second half. If he was was angry with Phil Jones (and Smalling also) once, what is happening next?

Do I ditch Bavies or Bailly for Alonso? Not happy with either, but I have too strong bench atm (Hughes, Austin, W-Bissaka).

    A) Bavies
    B) Bailly

I've got Eriksen, Jota, Lacazette, Costa. No aguero/richarlison

Keep faith in Laca, and Eriksen/Jota -> Richarlisson/Dilva?

I would just do Jota to Richarlison if you have the funds to do so.

You got Lacazette for the run of fixtures Arsenal now have and I’d give Eriksen a few more games before giving up on a proven perennial FPL big hitter.

    Hart / Patricio

    Alonso / Mendy / vvd / shaw / wbissaka

    Richarlison / mane / moura / Pogba / Anissa

I really like my team for gw3:

    Ederson
    Shaw - Robertson - Tarkowski
    Hazard - Mane - Pogba - B. Silva
    Aguero - Firmino - Kamara

    Foster - Daniels - Wan-Bissaka - Stephens

    0,5 in bank

Hopefully Kamara will start. I guess I'll upgrade Stephens to Kante or Hughes for gw4.

Already brought in Pedro before the Sanchez migraine emerged... Should I bring in Haz for chelsea double up? Would be for a -4

    Fab / Foster
    Robbo / Mendy / Cook / WB / Peltier
    Salah / SANCHEZ / B Silva / Pedro / Rich
    Aguero / Zaha / Kamara

Any ideas? If Sanchez isn't dropping tonight I'll just wait to see if Mane tears it up tomorrow and then just do that.

I need to use my mini-wc, 4 transfers. -8 hit
    3-5-2.

What do yu guys think? Notes appreciated!!

    a) Davies>PVA
    b) Bilva>Mkhitaryan
    c) Cairney>Kante
    d) King>Zaha

    Reasoning:
    a) mufc+lfc in the next three games. Palace=good fixtures+PVA god. Planning on getting trippier/davies after the next 3 games.
    b) i'm not 100% confident bilva will start. micky played well, should have had one more goal vs chelsea + nice fixture. I have kun+mendy
    c) Chelsea got some really nice fixtures, and I like the new attacking Kante
    d) Palace got some nice fixtures, and Zaha seems to be the main man
