This week the ScoutCast crew are determined to bust the myth that they share identical strategies.

Long-term maverick Luke returns to reveal his freshly Wildcarded team which bravely went into Gameweek 2 without Manchester City’s hat-trick hero Sergio Aguero and last season’s points-scoring sensation Mohamed Salah.

In stark contrast, Az is continuing his march up the rankings thanks to his faith in this premium pair, and his resolve in resisting broadsheet tittle-tattle hinting that the Argentinian would be dropped.

David is also beating a different drum and keen to explain the reasons behind his chequered FPL history and how his fortunes already look better this time around.

That leaves me as the only dullard representative, armed with a bunch of ownership statistics, a goals imminent table and a dubious ‘camping’ excuse to explain my recent poor captaincy decision.

Our differing views across a range of key issues facing Fantasy Premier League manages ahead of Gameweek 3 are aired.

Our assessment of Chelsea and Arsenal assets ahead of their favourable fixtures is top of our list. And we also ponder whether Spurs’ players can compete as assets this season and indulge in some bargain hunting up front.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday evening. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

      I can't take it serious.
Jamie Carragher said VVD is the best central defender in the world after the Palace game. Completely forgetting about Godin, Savic Giménez, Pique, Umtiti, Varane, Ramos, Miranda, Silva, Chiellini, Bonucci, Hummels etc etc

They think the PL is the only eague that exists I swear. It's not even that good!

Yeah they're clueless about anything outside the PL, Carragher was saying the other day about how we still have no idea if Alisson and Keita are any good as we only have Alisson's World Cup to base it on, as if the two had never played a game of football before that.

Talking myself in and out of Mhki move. Help!

Last season I’d have got him in a heartbeat but should I be a more patient manager this time and gather more data from the Arsenal game and trust in Bilva against Wolves?

Yeah, a -4. Moved early with 2 frees to get Alonso in.

If I wait out the price rise and Arsenal perform then I’ll be priced out of Mhki and Auba. Could still get Auba but with their fixtures I could be kicking myself. First real season conundrum

You have to think past 1 week. I am not great fantasy player. Had a couple in top 5k and 1 in top 1k. Average on this site. Last year I took 60 points in hits and it worked out I made 96 points by those decisions. Kane afailure for me with a hit and that was probably what most would have done at the time.

I am thinking past one week and think Bilva has every chance in outscorig Mkhi. So if I were to do that move I’d do it for free next week, but that’s just my opinion.

I know how you feel, it is hard to trust Mhki for some reason. But I decided to do that swap this week since he is probably going to rise, has a nice fixture run starting and having Bilva prevented me from getting Ederson. Plus I didn't really have any fires to put out. I also looked at Pedro but I think I'd rather get Alonso in down the road.

I've been thinking about this for a couple of days and did Bilva to Mhki for -4 today. Bilva was basically playing right wing back at the Etihad, which is fine for a £6m defender with chances of clean sheets but not for a £7.5m midfielder. Plus I think Mhki and Auba are going to score a few between them this weekend.

Already made free transfer to bring in Ings for King as I was worried of price drop. Then WB gets suspended and I probably don't have three defenders playing.

    Hart
    Luiz Mendy Peltier WB Bednarek
    Salah Mane Bilva Rich Stephens
    Aguero Firmino Ings

£1m in the bank. Would you take a (-4) to bring in a defender for Bednarek? Doing so messes up my Bilva and Firmino to Mhki and Aubamenyang next week.

Bilva and Firmino to Auba Mhki any day. If he holds on he can even monitor them for this GW then have the opportunity to do it. If he goes for a useless defender for one week he missed the chance to do this. WB back next week. I'd definitely not take the hit now.

Would you rather S.Cook and save the 0.4? Better fixtures on top.

I have Shaw to. Pereira looks very attacking mindre. Could be good. But im keeping Shaw. If any other news come up, im getting Alonso.

    Salah - Mane - Dilva - Richarlison - Fraser
    Aguero - Wilson - Kamara

Should I be worried about my bench this week? I only have Boly who could come off the bench.

    Robertson - Mendy - Smith
    Richarlison - Salah - Mhki - Bilva
    Aguero - Firmino - Mitrovic

So if 1 or more of these somehow don't play I'm in trouble. Heard last year how Klopp rotated both full backs GW3 so worried already about Robertson.

After a dire start to the season , in need of some advice. All suggestions welcome! Team is:

    Salah(c) Mane Mkhi Bilva
    Firmino Ings
    Subs; Speroni Neves Kamara WBa

How have you had a dire start? You have 5 of the best 15 over the first two weeks... can’t be that bad. That said I’d lose Bertrand as first option if you want to make the sub. Alonso or PVA good options. You really should think about improving Kamara for someone like Mitro/Tosen/zaha given their form/fixtures and amount of money you have. Maybe for next week

Already transferred Mkhi in this week.
          Think 3 options now;
          1) Bertrand to Alonso/PVA (-4)
          2) Kamara to Zaha/Mitro (-4)
          3) Wait til next week and do one of the above on a FT??
