The Frenchman has been absent for the last three Premier League Gameweeks under Jose Mourinho, but new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has shown faith in him.

Meanwhile, Solskjaer has gone with Luke Shaw (£4.9m), Phil Jones (£5.1m), Victor Lindelöf (£4.8m) and Ashley Young (£5.7m) for his back-four.

Cardiff City XI: Etheridge; Cunningham, Bamba, Morrison, Ecuele Manga; Arter, Gunnarsson; Murphy, Camarasa, Hoilett; Paterson.

I planned to get Kun back in too but he doesn't look sharp yet and even just before he got injured he wasn't actually getting that many chances, KDB and Dilva create more chances for him than Sterling/Sane. So I'm going to hold fire for a while with that one.

When one or two players underperform, blame the players. When an entire squad are not performing, it sits firmly at the bosses door.

I’m sure we have all had boss’s that get the best of their staff.

Best striker with £11.3m budget (or more if I downgrade with my second free transfer)?

Pog was playing quite a deep distributor role earlier in the season, how was his positioning yesterday?

Blimey there’s some cheap Christmas treats to draft in from the Man Utd squad if they get on a run. Pogba, Martial, Rashford all mid price differentials....
