I think you have to second guess which moves your rival will make, and try to mirror the most dangerous one for points haul.

    Would you

    A) Sell Aguero and Erikssen to get Salah and Rashford/Zaha to block an opponent and defend 30pt lead in ML
    B) Keep as it is and reinforce defence (Forster>Guaita and Duffy> Shaw) and try to get to enter top 10k ?

    Forster /Ryan
Robbo - Kola -Valery (Duffy, Dunk)
    Mane - Sterling - Erikssen - Son - Jota
    Aguero - Jimenez (Gray)

      1. Reckoner
        • 8 Years
        7 years, 1 month ago

Yes, that's a possibility too, but the main question is do I block opponent with Salah, or disregard him and believe in my team (say: keep Kun) 🙂
Btw, not sure Pogba will have much impact, penalties only.....

      2. Reckoner
        • 8 Years
        7 years, 1 month ago

The more I think, the more I like your idea.... Many are disappointed in Pogba after 3 blanks, but Erikssen plays too deep it seems (watched their last 2 games); and even though United's been horrific lately, they must win these two games if they want to get a spot in CL next season. Right now I think I'll go with your advice; thanks!

I just can't make myself sell Aguero ahead of the 2 crucial GW's; I really believe Kun/Erikssen will outscore Salah/Rashford

Yeah, I've just reluctantly sold Moura. If he was playing through the middle it might be another decision, but since Son has been back in, he's been playing more wide. That and rotation means I just can't be sure which Spurs will turn up.

Am keeping Son for the next two.

B would tempt me for free but I think Bou away is the kind of game Son could do well in whilst City players could easily match Hazards score should he haul. I personally feel more comfortable giving one of Sterling or Kun the arm band I think, been trolled by Hazard so many times and if he has one of those games where he conducts the game but doesn't get amongst the points it would be so disappointing. The other thing putting me off Haz is Chelsea tricky away fixture in 38. I think I prefer Bilva for 37 & 38 if you are determined to ditch Son.

Apologies I should have checked, nice midfield, same as mine except I have Redmond instead of Bilva. Good luck on what ever you decide to do.

Salah to Sterling for a hit?

I'd rather own Sterling than Salah following the Barcelona balloon popping, but not sure it's worth a hit.

    Which one:

    A) Mane to Sterling (have Kun)
    B) Moura to Pogba
    C) Gray to Rashford

B, but I think Bilva may be a better option than Pogba. Will come down to whether United get a penalty probably.

I could also do Doucure to Bilva.
Then dont have to play Gray against CHE.

C or A looks good. Sterling will probably haul in one of the next two, and mane could be spared some minutes considering barca at home.
C is a nobrainer if rash is fit and good to go.
