I'm a bit suprised to see a lot of "bench Rico's" going around.
Newcastle is quite a good fixture for a clean sheet right? or is Bournemouth def still not te be trusted?

Depends how many you want to change.

      1. faver

I'm not sold on playing WC but I don't want to fall even further behind.
        Pope - Hendo
        Soy - Robbo - TAA - Mings - Tomori
        CHO - Salah - Sterling - KDB - Martial
        Greenwood - Pukki - Connolly.
Considering on of Sterling - Salah to Tammy + Maddison. Can go -4 to make Pukki - Jimmy move.
I can get extremly nice 3-4-3 with WC until early 2020 to sort things out right now. But with -4 I can wait a week.

why on earth will you wc that? Play 4-5-1 this week and then you can make a mini wc (3 transfers for a -4) next week, Sterling to Grealish/Trossard, then upgrade Greenwood to Vardy and then you have a little spare to do Pukki to Jimenez?
Then you have a flexible formation, Abraham is a miss then but not far away with a double move from Martial/Connolly to Hayden/Abraham.
I think you have a little to much cash spread around in defense, with that double Pool only one of the other three will play most weeks, at the same time they are all nice and relatively cheap. Sory, just forget that, i think it is nice. I think Soy can be Lascelles before gw18 as Leic fix stiffens and Lascelles cover Pool blank nicely.

Sterling, KDB, Mane, Pulisic, Djenepo (If he plays well tomorrow)

      1. FOO FIGHTER

Think you going to have to give Djenepo some time to gain match fitness. He is a player I am eyeing as well but will give him at least 2 to 3 GW's or get him and sit him on my bench then play him when he is settled again.

3.41expected goal involvements (xGI) from Sterling over the last four Gameweeks, the highest of any FPL midfielder and inferior to only Maupay.

Happy to have kept Raz over KdB for now.

Also think Raz will break his hoodo at Anfield this week.

Sterling and KDB both season keepers for me if fit. Thing they are good enough to return consistently, and will both finish in the top 5 point scorers in the end.

Probable not every game since I also have Mane, Vardy and Tammy. But I will captain him in city's easier games and once he looks in top form.

Also sterling is still returning. Even if he goes at his current scoring rate (Which has been poor for his standards and will only improve) he will still finish with 225 points. So you can expect a minimum of 225 if he remains fit all season.

I saw that and it pushed me over the edge to get rid - it’s been the same for the last 5 gws yet limited returns and captain fails - no more!

LFC may only have 2 clean sheets but they have not conceded more than 1 goal in any GW.

If you got Mount late and don’t have cash tied up in him

I transferred him out during the last injury and would lose 0.1 by transferring him out now.

Don’t let that put you off then. I got him at 6. Having said that Mount in squad now anyway.

Thanks. I'm surprised he is in the squad. I decided to go for Pulisic, which is for sure going to backfire now. Oh well, this is why I'm ranked 900k

looking into setting team up for a re-shuffle after the international break...If I make 1 of the 2 available FTs now, I could make 4 moves for a -8 after this GW and the int'l break...

so a question is, if I'm planning to bring in Auba for GW 13, should I just do that now? or should I get Jimenez for this GW? plan is to transfer out Aguero

I would get Jimi now. Game against Leicester should be hard for Gunners and I can see Auba struggle. But from GW13 onwards he is good pick. But that depends on what moves You are planning after internationals

Struggling with which defenders to play?

Playing Mount until info says otherwise, Rico first if he is rested?

Defence look set or bench swap?

    Pope
    Lundstram, Trent, Virgil
    Mane, KDB, Martial, Maddy, Mount
    C Vardy, Tammy

    Button, Rico, Mousett, Soy,

    2.0 bank

    Anyone thinking Rashford over Jimi?

    Options

    1. Tielemans and Rash
    or
    2. Maddison and Jimi

MU’s fixtures looking good and so is Rash (and he takes pens)

Interesting that Understat shows Brighton having the 4th lowest xGC at home (0.9 per game) but the 2nd worst at away (2.3 per game). Got good feelings about Martial.
