We at Fantasy Football Scout are delighted to announce that we’ve added yet another high-profile name to our all-star cast of contributors for the 2020/21 season.

And Fantasy Premier League managers don’t come much more illustrious than Fábio Borges, who currently sits atop our Career Hall of Fame.

You’ll need a pretty impressive season history to claim first place in those rankings and Fábio boasts an incredible track record of five successive finishes in the top 5,000 of FPL.

Two of those have been inside the top 1k, with his best-ever overall rank of 95th recorded in 2018/19.

Fábio has never finished outside the top 20,000 in six seasons of playing the game and, just to underscore his prowess, he was also the winner of Ragabolly’s inaugural Virtual FPL competition over the summer.

The Lisbon resident will be involved with Fantasy Football Scout in a Pro Pundit capacity and will be writing articles throughout the season.

Fábio follows site founder Mark Sutherns in joining our star-studded team of contributors, which includes some of the best FPL managers in the world.

The likes of Lateriser, Zophar and Tom Freeman, who have multiple top 1k finishes between them, have come aboard for another year and we are thrilled that they will be writing for us once again in 2020/21.

While there will be our usual offering of free content from these elite names, only Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout will get unrestricted access to all of their analysis and team reveals.

Full-year subscriptions are available for the pre-season price of £17.50 until August 31, while rolling monthly Memberships can be purchased for £2.99.

Hello, any WBA fans here? Can you tell me which of the strikers will start for 100% if there are no transfers on that position? Thank you in advance! I'd like to try Robson-Kanu as my third forward.

Hoping they start with Austin... If he stays fit and find form. Robson-Kanu not an out and out goal scorer.

      Big asks.

        LCM, good positions in attack.

Injuries help, his spot once he’s fit. Hopefully for Liverpool Thiago joins, it won’t help Keita’s FPL appeal though.

I'm high on Martial. Think he will be very good upcoming season. Then Bruno & Rashford.

Greenwood is subjective to whether United sign a RW mate. I really hope they should. If they fook up, Greenwood is almost impossible to avoid !

What do you think of this plan? WC before GW5 when the transfer window is closing and go with this team for the first four.

    McCarthy
    TAA James Justin
    Salah Auba Willian JWP ASM
    Werner Ings

    Nyland Vinagre Brewster Ferguson

Might do Salah to Bruno next GW or Willian to Greenwood

Solid half for Liverpool’s ‘starters’. All about fitness but some good signs.

Central defensive core of Alisson, Gomez, Virgil & Fabinho looking very secure, keeping all 4 fit and together will be big for the cleanies.

More responsibility on Robertson with Trent not playing, high up and plenty of crossing opportunities, one great ball which was scuffed over luckily by Anton. Williams nice positions while attacking but his side was constantly targeted and will be anytime he plays - not his fault just down to the strength of his fellow defenders.

Keita (left) & Jones (right) often picking up possession in full back positions with R&W pushing on. Great feet from Jones for his assist. Keita linked very well with Mane who probably should have scored and finished nicely for his goal. Klopp will look for even more creativity from midfield this season and with the Ox out for 6-8 weeks, Henderson doubtful too, he’ll have minutes early on, Jones less so. Whether Keita himself becomes a real FPL option (looks like he can be for the opening GWs at least) or not, him just starting will always be a boost for the attackers.

Firmino was in the right spot to tap in Jones’ assist, when Liverpool were building from the back he did his usual dropping short to build attacks, great assist for the second goal. As mentioned, Mane should have got himself a goal, linking well with Keita. A consistent triangle of Robbo, Keita & Mane on the left will boost the appeal of all three. Salah looked deeper than usual as he was getting no space vs the low block. Couple of good inside passes, started the attack for the second goal.

A useless ramble but hopefully helps someone.

Brief Summary of Arsenals main assets from an Arsenal fan:
Our only current pre season game is Liverpool in the CS on the 29th... as for players

Leno/Martinez - be wary, Leno is back from injury so he could play in the prem but Martinez has done a bit of talking saying how it's no.1 or bust for him. Will wait till CS to see who plays but imo go to a different keeper.

Saliba- Holding, Sokratis and Mustafi seems out of favour. Mari and Chambers are injured which leaves David Luiz and possibly Gabriel magalhaes. Nailed if Arsenal don't sign a CB (unlikely) but even if they do the only chance he wouldn't play is in a 4 back with Luiz and Gabriel. Nailed in a 3 and can play in a 4 better than Luiz. 75% chance imo but again wait till CS

Bellerin/Tierney- Tierney is nailed but Bellerin has 2 players that can take his place... Cedric and AMN. If AMN is sold, Bellerin would be first choice but I think him and Cedric would get even matches.

Saka- If Lacazette leaves but him immediately. Auba goes up top leaving only him and Willian at LW. Interviews have suggested Willian will play at CAM so Saka could be nailed
