Fantasy Premier League managers got a first look at Leeds United players in a 4-3 defeat to Liverpool in Gameweek 1 – but are their assets ready for mass FPL ownership?

Marcelo Bielsa’s men certainly entertained the neutrals at Anfield with their bold and free-flowing approach, finding the net three times at the home of the defending champions. Not a bad start to life back in the top flight.

      Foden not nailed but potential hauler if plays, digne the safer bet for starts, still on some set pieces and possibility of clean sheets in the short term. Foden is a monitor mibs before committing unless you have reliable benchers to take his spot when the roulette doesnt favor foden

    Actually excited about a possible WC soon with Thiago, Bale, Reguilon coming to the prem. Also hoping Conor Gallagher is seriously cheap for WBA. They all look like viable options

      Imagine someone was willing to pay 300 grand a week for you NOT to play for them....shows the mess Madrid are in. If it happens, i'd be hoping for 9.0m for bale then i'd get him in instantly, any higher and i'd probably wait and see.

          J-Rod's a similar situation, coming from madrid, hasn't played much lately, and he came in at 7.5 which i thought was cheap. So we can hope!

      i'd be tempted to not take the hit, and go Bowen > hendrick for this week. and play KWP (spurs looked limp last weekend and last night and have just travelled back from bulgaria)

    I know it has 3 slots, but I'm playing 4 at the back so only 2 slots needed. B would have Soucek first sub.

        Is Foden enough cover though for City? I'd also struggle a bit for a captain in GW3. Would be on Salah I guess whereas KdB gives me a C option.

            I'm taking back to back hits. My defense is perfect. I just need to sort these two slots out and then I'm good for a while.

            Playing 4-5-1 or 4-4-2.

            I'm leaning 4-5-1 right now. I think forwards are very poor value in FanTeam.

    Im committing to the aggressive premium midfielders rotation thing with .5 in the bank this season no matter what happens, seems like the logical way to get ahead with things getting so tight and so many fpl players getting better

    A playable Brewster is going to be a real game changer. For me it allows 3 Prem mids, 2 strikers around that 8-9 mark and still room for TAA
